“My first time there about a year and half ago I got a phone case and a screen protector with a life time warranty. Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. They are honest and stand behind their word.”

“I want to give a shout out to Gerard. I showed up and the door was open became the counter and told me that they were closed. I told him I was having issues with my phone and haven’t had service in two days was only because Customer kept him late. Regardless. He said, give me a second as he had to do his closing duties and he came out front to help me after hours. He wasn’t able to get the phone. Gave it a shot and I wanna give him a shout out for excellent customer service cause he went above and beyond the call of duty. Management give this guy a raise. At the former employee services upmost and important for a business and this guy displayed every bit of that.”

“Today I went to the Bloomingdale location and spoke with Remy and Dustin about my account. I had some issues with suspending one of my lines and they helped me navigate through the AT&T app which functions differently than on a desktop. They were friendly, professional, and patient. Definitely connect with them for services and specials.”

A little pricy but not bad pricey and they have a warranty”
“I came to the Tmobil store inside(located next to J.C Penny and Dillard’s department store) of Brandon mall to add a new line on my Tmobil account.My situation was a bit of complicated.But,fortunately, i had Jenn an associated helping me all three times .She has a knowledged skill on both technical and service that helped all my needs .Evently she also helped me afterwards on any questions that i concerned.I thank you again very much Jenn and Tmobil on caring of customer!!”

“I took my son into target to buy some sports cards and there was an unlimited stock of cards. I would definitely recommend this Target. My son was very happy and almost cried of excitement when we pulled a 2 million dollar card of Michael Jordan. Next time my son wants some sports cards, I will come to this Target and this Target only.”

“We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”

My parents’ account with Verizon is over 30 years old due to the remote location where they live and they have repeatedly had difficulty obtaining assistance with their account because of its age and the changes in Verizon software over the years. Anyways, I’m so pleased that we were helped by Tony today who has been with the company for some 27 years and was willing to take the time to unravel the aged mess that was our account.
