They had my computer for 3 months. Just don’t go there. They will not communicate with you or answer the phone (ever). When they do, they will tell you they’ll call back…. And they never do. They’re never in the office. Thank me later

I am violently disappointed thus far.I dropped off my Mac to Vinnie and was promised 1 week to repair.It’s now heading on to 2 weeks and I have not heard anything.I have called on 7 separate occasions and the phone just rings and rings and rings.This is very very very POOR customer service.At this point I just want my Mac back.I’m done!!!!!!!

I have had both good and bad experiences here, i try to be a loyal customer wherever i shop, but anytime i call, no one answers. I showed up at the store as soon as it opened, and no one was there during their normal hours of operation. I was very disappointed that i had to find another computer shop just to have a consistent experience.

What a great experience today at VIT. Stopped in to ask if they had a laptop battery in stock but figured it was a long shot. Owner searched their inventory and unfortunately they didn’t have my laptop’s battery in stock. Since I was traveling from out of town they couldn’t really help by ordering since I was leaving in a few days. He asked if I would be inconvenienced without my laptop and I said yes. He suggested removing the battery so that the cord would operate the laptop. I told him that I was going to order in from amazon to be read when I returned home. He asked if I had the laptop with me and asked if I would mind bringing it in the store so he could look at it briefly. After andrew minutes, he determined it wasn’t the battery but something different causing it not to power on. Since this is a work PC I plan on calling corporate to have a replacement sent. All of this was done as a “favor” and he didn’t charge me a dime. I would definitely recommend VIT as their service is exceptional. Thanks for the troubleshooting and I will definitely recommend yall and return of the need arises.

DO NOT use this company. We were a satisfied customer with MIT Computers who had the space previously. This company are trading on that name and reputation by using a slightly different name. Wouldn’t be so bad but they charge $99 up front for diagnosis which you won’t get back even if they do nothing. They had our computer for over a week and didn’t even look at it (said they did but what they said was wrong wasn’t remotely true).We ended up using Alafia Computers who fixed it within a day.

I grew up building my own gaming consoles. Been out of the computer world for a very long time and needed some help. These guys know their stuff, made some great suggestions, and overall saved me $700. I'm definitely going to come back and recommend these guys to all my friends.

Hello. I just got my pc back this week. And I’d like to share honestyShort solution: Nice staff personality, bad trust and communication.Long solution: (recommend reading) this place has a good atmosphere. The guy knows what he’s talking about. He said give it 2-5 days. I said ok. We wait 10 days and he says “I’m fixing it right now”. I waited an extra day. No call. The next day we decide to pick it up. Still doesn’t work. Have to wait 2-4 days for him to open. But on second thought we thought of a refund. Because he was already charging me $250. And no solution, he says no and to use the warranty. Another week goes by. He’s closed, his employees do nothing but collect customers and say to wait till the owner gets back, time schedule is extremely off!!. I get he’s sick here and there but give me a break man. I’ve been through hell trying to get this pc fixed. In the end in reality it was just $40 to get this fixed. Rip off. If you cannot afford it, just wait. And go to Best Buy. We were so closed to calling the authorities due to the big scam he took from someone who isn’t even aware of this, he’s a great guy tho. Just can’t be trusted with communication and time. Definitely needs to fix whatever he has going on and get a grip.

I had a pc that was unexplainably broken, did so mich troubleshooting myself and couldnt figure it out. So i brought it into here and they were able to fix it, so the guy here definitely knows what hes doing.Only reason im leaving 4 stars is because the communication was very poor, i was told a different completion date 5 times and each time it was pushed back.Also when i finally went in to get my pc, i was only there for 10 minutes and someone else walked in complaining they have waited 3 weeks with no response on their pc being built.So all im gonna say is, they definitely do great work, and vinny knows his stuff. Though if your gonna get something done, its really hard to communicate with them, and it might take alot longer than the initially say.
