Update: The atm is updated to accept cash without an envelope!! 5 starsI love my bank and the few times I have gone to the drive-thru have been fine. However when are yall going to update this ATM. IT'S 2023 WHY ARE WE STILL USING ENVELOPES FOR DEPOSITS? All the other banks take the cash and deposit right then, PLEASE UPDATE THIS OLD ATM!!!

The guy who helped me in the drive thru was being kind of rude when I was being very kind and polite to him the whole time. I’m very obviously young and people my age are still learning how to be functioning adults and we have no idea what we’re doing. I didn’t have my pay slip with me because they hadn’t mailed me my booklet yet, so when I first got to the window I simply just said to him that I didn’t have it. As soon as I said that he was like “they were down there,” with a rude tone. And I don’t know if he meant it to come off that way but it did and it just shocked me a bit. So I was like “oh… okay.” I had already driven past them (I didn’t see them when I first got there, that was my fault), and there was also a car behind me. I’m also very sick but my car payment was late due to being busy for the holidays, so I wasn’t really thinking straight or paying attention to my surroundings. Then he finally just told me he could give me one, which would’ve been the nice thing to do at first and then he could’ve told me where they were in a more polite way so I know for next time. The only reason why I’m giving more than one star is because the lady that also was helping me was very kind. But I feel like if a young adult is asking for guidance, especially for situations like these, just be nice to them because we are learning. Don’t make them feel stupid.

I do not recommend this location. Aside from the new employee turning me away when I asked for assistance with making a withdrawal from a shared bank that Adrian informed him. I came back to the counter and asked for help again and told him I had no idea what I was doing which is why I was stepping inside rather than going through drive-thru. Jocelyn then had the audacity to talk about how she didn't need the customers scaring off her new employee and began joking about it with other customers in my presence. Something that was not appreciated and it only continued with other customers as the new employee chimed in. Very unprofessional and I have never experienced this type of behavior. Adrian assisted me and then Jocelyn asked that I jump back into the line to get assistance with my withdrawal when Adrian had already said he would help with my transaction. I let Jocelyn know she set up her employee her failure by doing what she had done and her actions were unprofessional. Someone like her and the new employee should certainly not be bankers sitting up front assisting customers when they can't properly treat customers correctly.

My daughter was starting her first job and needed her employment waiver notarized for work. We went to the Brandon Centeral branch and Hanna assisted us. She notarized the document, provided a print out, and emailed us a copy. We were done in less than 10 minutes. We sincerely appreciate her efficiency, gracious customer service, and the level of detail she demonstrasted in assisting us.

I have a car loan here just went to the drive-thru first I had to wait 5 minutes until the guy decide he wants to finish filling the slips outside then I pull up to the window mind you I'm the only car in drive-thru guy walked up to the window to say hi and walked off I sit there 15 minutes why they standing there conversate with coworkers until another guy decides to come up to the window to do my transaction so I've sat here at this drive-thru for over 20 minutes when there's no cars there and after seeing all of these reviews saying the same thing I guess I won't be coming back to this Branch again thanks for nothing Brandon Mid Florida Credit Union

The worst customer service DO NOT Recommended ...very bad experience because I really need the transaction and the cashier cannot even try to help... However, I drove 22 miles to the Tampa Branch and they have the time and care of my needs.
