The first clerk to greet me was polite and informative and let me know that it was not a T-mobile store. While I was on the phone sorting things out another clerk interrupted me and said if I wasn't doing business there that I needed to leave. No one else was in the store and I was simply talking on my phone. Absolute rudeness and power tripping by this clerk who will not last long with this behavior. I will avoid this store like the plague if they hire staff this offensive and abrasive.

Adam and Jose went above and beyond for me today to get my elderly father on an affordable plan that works for him. I could not have done it without them and I highly recommend anyone who needs help getting the best plan to go visit them at their Brandon location.

This is the worst metro location I’ve ever been to. Fatima was the only person working and she insulted me and my three kids and then proceeded to rudely yell at my 15 year old this lady should be fired as she is making a bad reputation for all metro locations after this incident I am considering switching from metro after having lines with them for over seven years and I suggest to stay away from this location there is a location less than five minutes away with much better customer service

Sales rep was there by herself today. This location is very busy...yet the sales staff rep was efficient, courteous, understanding and professional to each individual customer. Well done!

Nothing but issues with this location, cashiers didint"want "to cash a big bill to pay my phone bill, it wasn't convenient for her closing till with it being they just opened, I guess convenionce only works one way

The lady short haircut, no name tag, was of no help. Didn't even look up the account info. Simply I can't help you, it's a custom service issue. As soon as we walked out, she walked out and locks the store and walks off down into the firehouse subs. Locations like this definitely need to be shut down.

The service here wasn't good. The employee didn't have a name tag and the only thing she said was I can't help you call customer service. She didn't even check the system. After we left she just locked the metro store and went to a different store.

This is the best Metro I have ever been to. I’ve been having metro since 2011 and I haven’t had any issues until someone hacked my phone account. I went to this location to see if they can resolve the issue. And a lovely young lady name Wendy help me understand what was going on with my phone account. And she has some help with her manager as well. There is no wait in line at all. She will assist you immediately, and if she cannot resolve the issue, she will escalate the issue to the best of her knowledge. I will definitely will recommend going to the this location.

These people will find bogus reasons to charge you. I had to pay almost $100 for a phone that should have been free. Called them just today to see if they would honor what the website said was free, and she gave me some shpill about "NO phones are free"Go right down the street to Badlands to the AUTHORIZED corporate dealer and leave these guys alone.
