“i walked in not knowing what i should buy , i jst knew i wanted a outfit. a little short mexican (evelyn? i think was her name) seen me struggling and she went straight into helping me. she was incredibly sweet and very helpful! :) She has great customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help me . She was able to help me find what I needed and more. She showed me all the different options that the store had of what I was looking for. I walked away with a smile on my face due to her helping me pick out many great outfits and her providing her excellent service ;)”
“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”

“I go in here often to just walk around sometimes. Prices can be a little high but you just have to shop around. Went in for a few things for Christmas and the staff was very helpful despite the customers running around and being rude. I didn't get a chance to get their names but the darker tall girl with the pretty curls and the darker tall guy also with curls and glasses were super sweet and helpful finding anime items and helping me pick a blind bag. We got the one we wanted!”

“One of my bags from a different retail store busted open in the middle of the mall walkway. I went into Oakley and asked a gentleman if he would be so kind as to give me an Oakley bag to put my items in. Without hesitation, the man gave me a bag and even made sure to ask the size that I needed.
I know that's not a huge deal, but considering I wasn't a customer of theirs that day, he could have easily told me no. Instead, he chose kindness and generosity and I'm grateful for him, especially since it was my very first mall outing with my baby, so my hands were already full and my nerves were shot. Thank you, Mr. Oakley Man! I hope you receive the recognition you deserve from your managers. ?❤️”
