I could not recommend McAuley’s enough! My husband worked with Pam for my engagement ring with a very short timeframe (like days) and they went above and beyond. The entire team is so knowledgeable and trustworthy, they truly treat each customer as if they are family. I went in a few days before my wedding to see if they could polish my Nana’s 70+ year old band before the wedding, not knowing this isn’t a quick walk in repair. They checked with the jeweler who said he’d take care of it on the spot and free of charge. It was such a kind gesture, especially just days out from our wedding. I truly could not say enough great things about McAuleys for any jewelry needs.

I went to buy a chain that did not turn my neck green. Had spent over 200.00 on Amazon and was not happy. I went into McAuley to find a silver chain. The people there were super Friendly and took great care of me. I got a nice necklace to wear my med alerts on for under 90.00. I was listening to the workers speak to other customers and I could tell they really care. The owner even went out to help an older couple that got stuck in the parking lot. He didn't even hesitate to get his clothes or hands dirty. I was very impressed. Make sure you go check them in Brandon. I will definitely be going back.

My very sentimental, well loved morganite ring was so scratched up that I was told by multiple people it would need to be recut and I'd lose up to half the stone. I've had it cleaned many times but it was still so cloudy and scratched that I'd lost hope. I was recommended to bring it here, where they took the stone out, buffed and cleaned it, reset and tightened it for $37 (!!!) and it looks practically new!!! I could cry. They said they'll do free cleanings on it and to bring it in every 2-6 months. I'm a forever customer.

If you’re looking for a jeweler, look no further! McAuley is the absolute best and I can’t recommend them highly enough.My husband got several pieces made here. My engagement ring, wedding band, and most recently, a custom solid gold necklace made using a shell I collected on the beach during one of our first dates. WOW!!! I have been blown away by every piece and my husband had an excellent experience working with the jewelers through the whole process.They consistently provide top notch customer service and treat their customers like family. They made it easy for us to get these pieces appraised for insurance and walked us through the process with a 3rd party insurer.They also do free ring cleanings and checks which is such a great service to have.Thank you McAuley!!! I sent my 21 year old son there to have his chain repaired that belonged to his late dad. Other places told him it would cost over $100 for a gold clasp. When he arrived, they told him the similar story but that if they were able to just tighten it, then there’s no charge. Well, all it needed was a little tightening! And he is so happy. I’m so glad McAuley didn’t try to take advantage of him because he’s young. Kudos to you! I’ll be by to get my watch battery replaced soon. I only trust this place.
