I'm not local to them, so Internet/Email was my medium of contact. If it weren't for cost I'd still be with them -- excellent service initiating and maintaining policies on two cars. Would do business with them again -- you don't have to have a face-to-face agent to get good service. Proof is here.

Melody was very helpful. She waited on the phone until I was able to send documents to her via email. When she did not receive the email, she contacted me later to notify me that she received it. A great experience with State Farm
