The best shop I have ever worked with by far! The whole team was extremely helpful. They got us in quickly I was in a pinch and needed work done. They were able to get me in same day! The whole team was very nice, honest, and trustworthy. Dinesh was very great and lead with integrity. I absolutely recommend getting your work done here!

Came to these guys on short notice (morning of) for a pre-purchase inspection and they saw me immediately. Great customer service, quick process, and followed up with me a week later to check in. Ended up buying the car after their inspection, and would recommend their services.

My wife and I started the day off with mis firing cylinders spark plugs etc. before a holiday no less. Danesh and his crew greeted us with utmost professionalism and very clear about the next steps to fix the issues. The crew got to it soon as they could and updated us with diagnosis and solutions. Its a well kept shop and has clear communication. We were stranded and mad hatter worked their magic. Its like a whole new Jeep now. Thanks MadHatter

Great experience! Muffler completely broken off from exhaust pipe on my Ford Explorer ST. Dealer wanted $3300 to fully replace the exhaust system. Mad Hatter was able to weld the pipe back for $160. They were fast, friendly and professional. Did it the same day in just a few hours. Highly recommend them. Will use them again

Fixed all the issue related to catalytic converter on time and spend over $2000.
Why only 2 stars? They charged me $20 to replace the battery in keyfob which can be replaced for less than $3. Talking about customer service, I spend over $2000 and they could have replaced the battery in key fob for free.

I've had my vehicles worked on at Mad Hatter for years. Tom has always been super helpful, and the crew, especially Ben, is terrific! New ownership came in and they haven't missed a beat. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but this one fills the bill.
