Jenna and Julian were both fantastically helpful and kind. Super knowledgeable about the products and made the experience so much fun! ? the store itself is well maintained, well stocked, and has a great atmosphere. Good job!

Julian is the GOAT! As soon as I came in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and a heart hand signal, omg. Is this what LUSH is on now????? I haven’t been to the store since I been away from the U.S. for the last 2 years, but I will now be going out of my way to go to the Brandon Mall since it be the only one I’ll be loyal to till my dying days purrrrr

Julian is awesome, he shared some of his favorite products with me and gave me some good suggestions for the scents I like, we chatted about my love for the Comforter bubble bar and of course he sent me home with a whole sample of it on the house! Best Lush experience I've ever had.

Just wanted to followup after a quick trip to the Brandon Mall Lush, I was instantly Greeted by Julian and AJ who, chatted with me about my needs in a product after a quick look at the massage bars and facial soaps, I left certain I received the products that best met my needs, <The after massage Bar as well as Movis Facial soap>

About a month ago I came in for bathbombs since I have sensitive skin I need amazing quality products. The prices are affordable and the variety will blow your mind. When I was checking out the lovely girl at the register gave me a free gift bag with curly hair essentials. Having to deal with the effects of chemo the majority of my adult years my hair has gotten really thin and lifeless and I have resorted to wearing hats. Since using the Renee shea soufflé my hair has gotten thicker and my curls have actually gotten over the chemo shock and curled back up. You don’t know what it means to a woman to be able to have her hair come back to life. It’s like breathing air back into her lungs. Thank you Lush and to whomever Renee is you brought me back to life!

I am a week late on my review of the Lush at the Brandon mall, but I couldn’t let the opportunity pass without giving praise where praise is due!
First off, I am a longtime Lush customer and a fan of their products. I have never had a poor experience and always feel like a million bucks after using their products.
My interactions with Lush employees has always been positive. They are knowledgeable, helpful and fans themselves. My experience last Monday was my best yet! EJ & Star made my kids feel important and super special. We came in late in the day (15 minutes until closing). EJ & Star were shinning with personality and excitement to welcome us into their store. They walked my 9 year old daughter through the products and even demonstrated a few of them for her. Since it was so late in the day, we ended up only purchasing 3 products, but we left with a bag full of freebies for my kids to try. They were so excited to try different products.
They can’t wait to go back to buy more of the products they were given. They definitely became Lush fans themselves!
