I have been to LensCrafters in Brandon and had issues in returning the glasses but Evan, the Licensed Optician was able to help with no hesitation, very friendly and ensures good customer satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable about the system and knows how to trouble shoot issues. I would highly recommend Evan to be one of the leaders of LensCrafters. The store assistant manager Grace, understands my needs and directed to assist me. Great service overall with Daniela also helping.

Greeted with “Why are you here” and a stern look. Tried to strong arm me into services not requested nor desired. Once it was determined I was not going to pay $150 extra the front end people became standoff-ish and short. Please understand your insurance when going to this location. They can’t explain charges or benefits and become defensive when asked questions. Was charged $280 for glasses I knew should be cheaper. Went home canceled the order and had my insurance reverse the benefits and paid $37 for the same frame and lenses online at LensCrafters using my insurance. Also my daughters both expressed concern with the prescription due to not being able to see anything clearly throughout the exam. I agreed and ended up just using script from previous year. I love LensCrafters lenses and frames, however I will only visit online going forward.

Went in to look at frames as I already had my prescription with me. After I picked out some frames one of the men working was helping us (my husband and I) run numbers with our insurance and talking with my mom who would be helping pay. We discussed we might come back another time with her but thanks for helping and left. Went to my regular eye doctor and found a pair I liked more and when I went to buy it the insurance said I already used my benefits. Lens crafters are THEIFS. After some calling around I was able to get my benefits released.I was hesitant on becoming a costumer after a bad experience when I was in middle school but I’m 100% NEVER coming back.

We have 3 appointments back to back. 1 hr later, they call my first daugther to the exam room. Dr. Without manners. We have to reschedule 2 of the exams.This place changed. I don’t recommend it. Find another place

If I could give zero stars I would solely based on today’s experience. This one will be followed by a BBB complaint as well. They won’t give me trial contacts because my prescription expires in April yet I was advised to call this location as they have in stock. Once I asked to speak to a manager the young lady said she would have her call me back. Well she did from an unknown number (lol) and backed her “employee” I told her I understood that she was backing her employee but that I did not agree with her stating that she can’t provide because my prescription expires within 30 days. First off it expired way past 30 days and secondly my entire family and I have been customers for years and I have done this before. Funny how at first the lady asked me why I wanted a trial (she wanted me to buy instead) I told her I have an event tomorrow and only wanted to wear contacts that I am giving my self a break from wearing them as often. Then she said yes no we can’t do that. Luckily it’s all documented and it felt more of a discrimination moment so we will never go back and will file a complaint with BBB as soon as I end my shift.

The employees are great but this place is understaffed. The store does deliver value but you have to wait a long time (we waited over an hour) for them to deliver said value. This place should at least provide chairs while you wait.

First time going to Lenscrafters inside the mall, now I wished I did a long time ago. The staff were amazing, very friendly (except for the guy in the back who tightened my glasses). I absolutely love Dr Karasarachi, she was very knowledgeable and attentive.

The doctor was actually amazing with my 2 kiddos. This was their 'first big kid' eye exam (9 and 11). The technician was so friendly and kind and attentive and the doctor's patience was incredible for my tentative babies. Thank you!

Totally unacceptable customer service. You go schedule appointments you get tons of phone calls n text messages. But when time come to pick up glasses you have run behind them n chase them to getyour glasses. They don't care, transaction is done, they got their money now they don't care if you get ur glasses or not. Worst customer service. Stay away.
