Office people were very nice and knowledgeable and did there job well my complaints are with lapcorp corporate they know this is a very busy location yet they only schedule only 3 people to work 1 for front dest and 2 phlebotomist I got there at 8:30am and didn't get seen until 12:30pm walk ins are sent to the bottom of the Q regardless of when they got there where appointments are taken back no matter what time they get there (early 4 appt.or late)was told oh u should have made an appt. I tride along with all the other walk-in's but there were none available for 3 weeks and that's just unacceptable. Hire more people and make the Q fair if u come early for your "scheduled appointment" u don't get seen until your schedule time .and if u are late u become a walk in . And hire more people. Those ladies are way overwhelmed and over worked. This is a very busy location u have 8 rooms and 2 stations in each room there should be no less than 5 phlebotomist a 4 hour wait was ridiculous shame on the owners for only caring about profit over care .I will go to quest next time for sure.

This place is the worst. I have my medical insurance that understands me and then they start calling me a collection that I report to my credit, charging me the amount of $738 for a medical visit. According to me, I have to pay them. I call this company and they say that they sent me 12 letters and I don't know how many calls. Now it is illegal to share my information with anyone. I am waiting to go to the authorities to do everything so that they are responsible. This error is their fault, please do not go to this site.

Had a 7:45am appointment and didn't get taken back until after 9am. What's the point of making an appointment?

It's 2024 and everyone should be making appointments or ordering their stuff ahead of time to save themselves a wait. With that being said, I really expected with an appointment I'd be in & out within 30 minutes. Per appointment directions I arrived 15 minutes early, but took 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was called back (50 minute total wait). The lab tech was very nice and professional, but had some technical difficulty and ended up having to manually write out my lab form and label (their software did not allow for them to reprint labels).Overall, the place isn't bad. The staff were very nice and professional. Labs typically have very minimal staffing so I can't blame the wait time on them; it seems they are working as quickly as they can. I chalk it up to the way the company operates. I have been to other labs that have you in and out within 15 mins of your appointment time, and prioritize every appointment before walk-ins. If I had the option, I would have gone elsewhere, but this was for school and LabCorp was the only option. I am by no means upset with my experience. 1 star deduction for the lack of seating--we are past COVID and social distancing, can we have more seats please?! I walked into a full house with no seats available!

Arrived 130pm Monday with no appointment. Not busy. Self-service kiosk intimidated me, signing in, but it worked perfect. I did not wait long. Both front desk and my nurse were both very nice and pleasant. I’m not feeling well.. I was so grateful to those two, and for a great experience. It sounds like from other reviews everyone should be advised to make an appointment

Not sure why there are negative reviews(probably cranky people)If you have an appointment you won’t have any issues I was in and out in about 30-40mins. I honestly expected it to be longer for a lab. I’m not sure why people assume these things are quick there’s a lot of people and only so many lab techs. They do their best with what they have.I think they are doing a great job. I was content with my experience and got what I needed done in a decent amount of time. I’ve been to other labs and this was by far the better experience. The only thing I’d change is to open up more of the check in pads because that was the only thing that I really waited long for. Took about 15 mins to check in because a few people didn’t know how to use it.Main tip here is make an appointment!

Hours of operation for Saturday, 7am-11am the website did not give a stop time of accepting walk-ins I arrived at 10:43 to complete a walk-in routine lab and the receptionist said they are not accepting anymore walk-in routine lab-work, if that was the case, why was the door not locked to allow anymore patients to enter the office? If there is a stop time, list it on the website hours and lock the door at that time.

Idk about these negative reviews maybe you guys are all cranky I was there for about 35mins from my scheduled appointment time and witness the only two working at the time handle their traffic very well and professionally the secretary Deanne was so nice and polite even when one of the people gave her a light attitude due to that persons own impatience and the technician I got Jeanne was even sweeter even gave me some insight on their work and other labs that can be done I was nervous based off the reviews I don’t like dealing with confrontational people or uncomfortable situations I had zero of both when I went hope nothing but the best for both of them happy holidays. DONT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS GO OFF YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE THOSE COMPLAINING ARE PEOPLE WHO EITHER A.)DONT KNOW HOW TO WAIT…. B.)ARE USED TO THINGS BEING DONE ON THEIR TERMS AND TIME…. C.)HAVING A BAD DAY D.)ALL OF THE ABOVE ? we need to do better treating each other as people just saying

My experience for the second time here was very unprofessional. The first time they didn't fax over lab results delaying my surgery. I was turned away at the door at 1:45 today. The closing hour the day before Thanksgiving says 2:30 on the website and the voice mail. I traveled a long distance by Lyft just to be turned away. No business like this should make up hours on the fly. They may be close to me,but I'll pay to go further. VERY RUDE!!!

I give 5 stars for my tech, Lindsey. She was the best! She got my vein first time without moving the needle around. Loved her. However, the ladies at the front desk were more concerned with office gossip and their supervisor's decisions on the time schedule. Made me wonder how they talk about patients. It was a Saturday so the wait was a bit long but that is understandable. Lindsay was the saving grace to bring them up to a 4 star rating.
