Super bad care for a two-year-old girl, there was no collector, they made her urinate in a glass, the girl of course did not pee and closed at 11. They did not return the doctor's referral, my worst experience at Labcorp, nothing to do with the care. from others I have visited

Went in for my daughter’s lab work and she was so nervous because it was her first time and the woman who took care of her made her feel at ease, she was so sweet, she was short with glasses, wish i remembered her name.The service was really fast as well, I recommend this location!

Staff doesn't know how long I have to wait & how much I have to spend. 2 simple questions that they can't answer either. I'm fasting, and they don't care at all.

This place is poorly staffed and is slow on getting patients in or out. I have waited an hour and a half to be called back just to wait an additional ten minutes… All this just for a quick and simple pre-employment screening. Don’t bother making an appointment, others that seemed to have had an appointment were waiting just as long. Not only that, they can’t even keep the waiting screen in order. This place is a mess and employees are all over.

Bad organization, excessive delay. I was with my daughter waiting for more than 2 hours to do labs. In the end we left without resolving because we had to wait even longer to be attended to. I do not recommend at all.

Having an appointment means nothing. Everytime I’ve come to this location I still wait at least 1 hour. The staff is nice, but there is not enough staff. No one comes to the desk for extended periods of time. They might come check up front about every 15-30 minutes. I dread having to come here due to long wait times.

Office people were very nice and knowledgeable and did there job well my complaints are with lapcorp corporate they know this is a very busy location yet they only schedule only 3 people to work 1 for front dest and 2 phlebotomist I got there at 8:30am and didn't get seen until 12:30pm walk ins are sent to the bottom of the Q regardless of when they got there where appointments are taken back no matter what time they get there (early 4 appt.or late)was told oh u should have made an appt. I tride along with all the other walk-in's but there were none available for 3 weeks and that's just unacceptable. Hire more people and make the Q fair if u come early for your "scheduled appointment" u don't get seen until your schedule time .and if u are late u become a walk in . And hire more people. Those ladies are way overwhelmed and over worked. This is a very busy location u have 8 rooms and 2 stations in each room there should be no less than 5 phlebotomist a 4 hour wait was ridiculous shame on the owners for only caring about profit over care .I will go to quest next time for sure.

The people up front are so rude ! I asked a simple question and she was very snooty !
I was very unhappy and it’s my first time here at this location ! Only having 1-2 ppl been here for 2 hours people without appointments were getting seen before me this will be my last time here ! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited nearly 2-3 hrs just for an employment drug test. There are no proper staff (1-2 people only) and this place has lot of patients coming in. Need more staff to an accommodate everyone.. and this closes by 2:30pm..!!! would not recommend this center. This took half day in waiting only…

I understand that short staffing is very much a thing and patience is always key. Staff can only do so much in situations of being understaffed. However, I made an appointment for 1:30pm it is now 2:30 and I have yet to be seen. I specifically made this appointment because I have another appointment at 3:45 across town. You would think making an appointment you’d go before the walk ins or get in sooner, I guess that’s not the case! The front staff could be a little more professional with people as there are several asking questions about wait times, etc. each time they respond with something very rude. One lady even slammed the door saying “I can’t do this.” Listen, we all have bad days at work, I get some people are difficult to deal with, and I totally get being understaffed. But let’s remain professional! Labcorp, STAFF YOUR LABS OR DO NOT ALLOW WALK INS!!!!!

On Saturday, March 23, my daughter had an appoiment for blood tests at 8am, since we entered bad attention. At 10:30 in the morning she had not been attended, she was fasting for exams., terrible atención.

Omg I was going too gave them a 1 ? but when I went to the back the girl that also work the front desk and also takes blood she's so sweet and the young men that work there too am so done with the company Labcorp is there falt all the waiting because there have only 2 people working on that office there need more staffing so 5 star for the staffing and 1 star ? for the company Labcorp....

This place is the worst. I have my medical insurance that understands me and then they start calling me a collection that I report to my credit, charging me the amount of $738 for a medical visit. According to me, I have to pay them. I call this company and they say that they sent me 12 letters and I don't know how many calls. Now it is illegal to share my information with anyone. I am waiting to go to the authorities to do everything so that they are responsible. This error is their fault, please do not go to this site.
