I have two daughters thats attended this daycare and they loved there experience i still have one child that still attend and she wakes up everyday wanting to go to daycare

My daughter was not treated with care by the morning daycare teacher in the Toddler "2" room, it was quite the opposite, I was always taught to speak the positive with that said Ms. Carmen the teacher that comes in the afternoon is the most pleasant lady ever and my daughter loved her. If Ms. Carmen had a private daycare I would send my daughter to her hands down. My warning to ALL others parents, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS FACILITY AND IF YOU DO WATCH THE CAMERAS especially in the morning for the toddler room

I did not recommend it it's a bad customer service after I did all the paperwork and waiting for 10 days they say sorry they cannot take my baby I don't recommend it

My son was abused and repeatedly pushed down on the ground. If you are African American do not send your child here. Extremely unsanitary. The daycare workers would clean the children noses that were white children and the African American children noses were always running. They do not clean the children. My son was repeatedly sick and when I informed the director she minimized that the sickness was in fact coming from the daycare even when I explained he had croup and his doctor said that it was contagious and picked up in the day care setting. They constantly lost his bottles. Everyday I picked him up from school he was starving.

I have had four kids come to this la petite, my oldest started when he was 3 and now he’s 12. The management is always friendly and helpful. When my girls go to their class they always come home telling me about their day. As a parent it’s hard enough to trust people to watch over your kids, especially in this day and age and when they are here I don’t Have to worry, the app lets me see them right in their class as well as giving updates through out the day.

Honestly I don’t know how the teacher are so this is not based of the care giving (I bet there great) but this is based on my experience. I called for information on availability for a 19 month old. I got told that there’s availability right away I need to rush so I came in the next day. Took time off work early to come see. I told the lady over the phone are you sure 100% there’s availability she said yes she wouldn’t tell me yes if there wasn’t. I came in the pouring rain for them to tell me there’s bo availability till September! Are you kidding me. Worst experience so far and now lost time of work due to this!

toured a few months ago, staff was not friendly to the kids there, they said they would not accommodate a vegetarian diet and that i wasn't allowed to pack my sons lunch, and then they tried to tell me my son was developmentally delayed!!

My child loves going to daycare. She loves her Teachers, Ms. tiffany and Ms Nicole are awesome. My child has fun playing with her friends.

I started my 4 yr old at the W Bloomingdale ave location January of this year before covid changed everything. I was very impressed with their level of care and attention to details. The facility was very clean and they practiced health safety before it was a thing to wash your hands. They had my child wash her hands as soon as she arrived and before she leaves.They taught her age appropriate lessons and communicated with me constantly. When the whole world changed, I had to remove my child from the facility due to being out of work and concerns for my parent, Miss Tiffany and Miss Brittany was very understanding and kept in constant communications. When things calmed and it was time to start VPK I switched to another school that was closer to home. That was a big mistake.My child is now back at La Petite and is excited to go to school everyday. I love this place and the teachers and I'm sorry I decided to put my child somewhere else because it was closer to home. My child hated that school and it was nowhere as clean as this facility. Keep up the great work guys!!

Honestly one of the best daycares any of my children have ever been too! The staff is great and our daughter feels part of the family here. Never have had a single issue if I need anything or ask anything Mrs. Tiffany and Mrs. Nicole are right on it!! Thank you guys for being so awesome!

Staff is very polite and patient. Both my girls went here. My youngest will be going for vpk for sure!
