I had a wonderful shopping experience today at Kohl's. Ms. Pokie G made my day with her beautiful smile and great vibes. Her customer service skills were top-notch; I haven't had an interaction like that in years. Thank you for your help today, Ms. Pokie G, and thank you for being a part of the Kohl's team. Kohls in Brandon just like most places in the area has changed over the years and not necessarily for the better. This store has helpful employees but their selection isn't the greatest.

Most items are not clearly price-marked. It was difficult to tell what was on sale and what was not. The store was messy/dirty with empty drink cups in the bin with the kids' beanbag chairs. Items that are for sale were dirty. Items were marked on sale when they were full price. Full price items are WAY over-priced. Kohl's just isn't what it used to be.

Supposedly according to the news, Kohl's is going out of business. This is a shame as the quality is excellent and it's a great place to find affordable tall men's clothing. My favorite are the soft solid color tall tshirts. I hope they stay in business.

My experience at Brandon Kohl’s was a great one. The store is organized, clean and that makes it comfortable to shop. The staff is very helpful, and accommodating. At checkout Susanna was great. She was delightful, patient and very helpful!!

Please note I contacted customer service due to my in-store experience.
I live far from Kohls and went twice this week due to a better offer being released from July 2nd-7th (better than the offer I used on July 1st).
I drove to Kohl’s a second time in the week to return and repurchase items to take advantage of Kohl’s current sale. I called the store ahead of time to make sure this could be done, they requested I just bring my receipt and the items.
With that said the cashier didn't return all items from my purchase on July 1st because she said most items on my receipt had no additional discount- however, I wanted to qualify for the $15 off $75. Had she returned everything and rung it up my total would have met the $15
off $75 + 20% off + $10 kohls cash.
I just feel like she was lazy to return/scan all of my initial purchase (which was 5 more items out of 6) and I ended up not maximizing savings.

I only go when I get a 30% off coupon but even so the prices are always really good the quality is great. But if you need help it's almost impossible to find a salesperson.

Nice kohls with a Sephora inside it. Went there about 11am on a Sunday and it was somewhat busy. Tons of parking available though.
