eunece ruined my hair. she put the wrong color then tried to strip it off and it came out all different colors. she let me walk out of the salon with orange, blue, red and yellow color in my hair, my hair is damaged now because of it. worse hair experience i have ever had. she didn’t tell me anything but i know she saw it because everyone else saw it. don’t come here it’s not worth it.

Gwen is the best!! I've spent hundreds, (closer to a thousand) in the past few years since I've moved to Florida and used many different salons and haven't been satisfied!! Today I got brave and tried another random one with a random stylist. I got my favorite cut and color that I've had in the past 10 years!!!!! I'm beyond excited about it and I'll forever be back as long as she's here. Recommend 10 out of 10 and the prices are unbelievable for the services!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Quality and Customer service doesn't exist at this particular JCPenny salon. FROM THE APPT. SETTERS- TO THE THE MANAGER MS. DIANE. I was scheduled 3 times, then contacted by the stylist I was assigned too after to be informed that they can't do a relaxer, or know how to do a simple roller set. So... I came into the store after in person to consult the manager about the issue, seeking a resolution., left a message too have a call back since she was on an hour-lunch; according to the 3 ladies at the Salon service desk...for a call back. That same Sat. I called 3 times after leaving the Salon, and was given the Mang. Was still unavailable for a simple call back.... well resolving the issues was of so much importance Ms. DIANE, she Finally called me back the following Monday afternoon.

I had a great experience today. I haven't bothered getting a haircut or style since covid. Actually, before that. I felt like I received the Royal treatment. Thank you Andie for such a great service. I never go to this place again, terrible haircut done by this lady named Regina, she should be assign to wash hair only not to do haircutting. My hair is uneven and no style at all, even people asked what kind of haircut I have and who messed up my hair.Service: Haircut

Chuck is life! I usually go to CC and she's pretty amazing too but he Helped her out since she was still a little slammed and he curled my hair and oh my God I look like a princess he is a certified genius with hair!

I enjoy going to this salon since it is at the mall and I can do one stop shopping, but I think the decline of JC Pennys in general has affected the other service’s.I was disappointed that I had booked two kids hair cuts and received a call that due to scheduling they would have to rearrange the appointments, that’s fine. On the day of, my daughter went first with a stylist that was available for a walk-in. When the stylist that was going to do my sons hair saw what he wanted she said she didn’t feel comfortable. While I was grateful that she didn’t attempt and potentially butcher his hair; I was disappointed that we waited about 30 mins for her to tell me that. Also, don’t offer a service if you don’t feel comfortable.

The worst customer service talking badly and keep canceling appointments and inform us 15 min before appointment with no other option they never care about our time and requested to talk to manager she said will inform the manager i would rate this customer service less than zero
