Signing up was a breeze, the result of that sign up has a lot to be desired... unit assigned did not have the door wide enough for certain furniture, only 32 inches wide!!!! Then there is NO security gates operating, the whole complex is OPEN for anyone to check out the lockers... NO ONE in the office, either.... this on Monday morning, 8/19/24. A shame ... cannot use the unit assigned and no one to chat with. Run from this place!!
Now, that you understand the issue, I no longer can obtain a unit in your facility and require you to refund my $56, for a unit I cannot use. Never a solution from you to work this out... if I could, I would change my review to a -5 star.

Save big until they bait-and-switch you less than 60 days into renting with them as they jack the rent up 35%.
- No staffing on site,ever
- Gates are broken, unreliable entry/exit
- Trash builds up due to abandoned property.

I would give this storage site a zero if it were an option. I am here for a family members property and we cannot get out the gate with the code. I receive a thanks for coming message but the gate fails to open. The two ladies left the building for lunch at one. The national office could not reach them since the office is empty. The regional manager was contacted and provided an alternate exit. They went to lunch at one (not sure why both left) and it’s 2:40 and still not back. We need to buy locks for the two storage units and are still waiting. I would like to get paid for nearly 2 hour lunch breaks!

Can't reach live person in office unannounced, spoke w although nice c.s.guy on line but he could only email his supvr for help for whenever, office front gate not working again today 4 pm in or out, tk good for a 2nd gate, wanted to talk to office in person about rate increase after only renting 3 months which I was told would not happen til Dec next increase, overall so very upset w self storage places the 20 yrs I have been renting. Now have to wait til Monday to call and I guess "make an appt." to meet in person!
And esp since Covid, as everywhere, prices are outrageous and continually off the wall and just comes to downright greed! So upsetting! Mc 6-7-2024

I have been moved out of that storage unit since December and they are STILL charging me for it and will not stop after multiple emails and phone calls and cancellations via their website.
