While the store and staff were amazing, I love my watches, the battery I had installed lasted a week before the watch stopped again. Location is a drive for me. Wish there were more service providers.

Great customer service from Riley the store manager. They helped me pick out a new watch and fixed a few old watches for me. Ny assisted me. He was a kind young man. Thank you Invicta.

My wife went in and bought 2 invictas for me for Christmas and the manager told her if it wasn't what I wanted to bring them back and return them ,but she failed to mention that if you return them you only get store credit ,they bait you in and then make it so the money dosent leave the store ,and theres no customer service at all ,they express woth there attitude that they dont care ,I'll never shop there again ,and I buy alot of invicta watches.ill buy from the source for now on.

Terrible experience. Third purchase at the same location and always had a great experience. This time not sure what happened but for sure NEVER purchasing an INVICTA ever again. Terrible customer service and greatly disappointed. I wont recommend the location anymore. ???? the new watch broke within 2 days of purchased too.

This watch shop has been on my list but I purchased my Reserve Chaos edition Desert Warrior watch online. Ahmet initially helped me a long time ago however the watch I wanted was online only. Angel helped me immediately and sized my watch with great customer service; he was a professional you want to meet at a watch shop! Thank you Invicta.

Possibly the worst service.None of their employees came to help me or ask if i needed to look at anything this was over the weekend Sunday July 16.Whats funny is you lost a sale you think because a person dresses up with normal clothes or something that they dont have money or something mf i could buy any of your watches cash no credit.You mf need to stop judging a book by its cover no wonder why you people always seam to have new workers all the time .

I’ve gone to the store in the past to get a battery replaced and it was done no problem. I went yesterday and the young lady with blue hair told me that she wouldn’t be able to do it and to come back on Monday or Tuesday because they have an event this weekend and won’t be able to do it until then. I went to a kiosk around the corner in the same Brandon mall and it took 15 minutes. Service is everything to me. The kiosk will be getting my money

They always have such great deals! The only downside is when you go to buy watches it is very hard to get help they're so busy!!! We went to spend a lot during Christmas and stood waiting for about 30 min before we left thinking. Yeah right... Nobody even said "be right with you." However... we have good memories also. We own a few watches from them!!! Their deals are hard to pass!!!

I bought 2 watches for me and my wife a few years ago. 2 for $250. Not a bad deal for an Invicta. Went today to have a battery changed. Clerk said he couldn't do it, was all by himself. I just left my watch there and walked away. I will never buy Invicta again.No customer service after the sale. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had extremely good interactions in the past, made friends with most of the staff (Cassie, Josh, etc) and have collected over a dozen pieces. Unfortunately this last time I worked with Admet, not only was he not helpful, he was disgusting and rude, used racial slurs over and over again, I had to walk out. I really hope Invicta finds someone to replace him soon.
