While the store and staff were amazing, I love my watches, the battery I had installed lasted a week before the watch stopped again. Location is a drive for me. Wish there were more service providers.

Great customer service from Riley the store manager. They helped me pick out a new watch and fixed a few old watches for me. Ny assisted me. He was a kind young man. Thank you Invicta.

Terrible experience. Third purchase at the same location and always had a great experience. This time not sure what happened but for sure NEVER purchasing an INVICTA ever again.
