My parents’ account with Verizon is over 30 years old due to the remote location where they live and they have repeatedly had difficulty obtaining assistance with their account because of its age and the changes in Verizon software over the years. Anyways, I’m so pleased that we were helped by Tony today who has been with the company for some 27 years and was willing to take the time to unravel the aged mess that was our account. “We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”
