Don't ever use Dwight McDonald as your realtor. He sold us a double wide manufactured home that was filled with problems that should have failed the house's four point inspection. The stove wasn't plugged in and when it was it blew a circuit. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser were not attached. Within a month the circuits in two rooms had blown and didn't work. The cabinet doors in the kitchen weren't attached properly. The front door didn't lock properly,, neither did the bedroom doors . This past week was the kicker. Every electrical circuit blew except in two rooms. It was bad enough after the failed first inspection discovered that we needed a new roof and new plumbing. We have no idea who installed the roof, any warranty info. The plumbing cost us $3000 even though it failed the first inspection, I don't know why we, the buyer had to pay for the plumbing and would really like a refund on the plumbing. Again we have no info on the plumbing. Who did it, warranty information, etc. DON'T USE DWIGHT MCDONALD AS YOUR REALTOR. HE DIDN'T EVEN SHOW US HOUSES. WE HAD TO LOOK OURSELVES

Dwight McDonald was referred to me when I needed help with my home sale which was facing foreclosure. He advised me on the selling process his ideas and what I needed to do. He got the house listed immediately and I had calls the next day. when I had an offer he walked me through the process we would follow to completed the sale He was very knowledgeable in all phases of the transaction such as contracts payoff needs and closing. He worked with all parties when my buyer had trouble just before closing and worked out the solutions. He was calm always available and answered my 10000 questions . I can only say in today's market he is a man who tells you what he will do and then does it. I can say thank-you Dwight and anyone in the state needing a realtor call Dwight . Thank-you Dwight .

I worked with Dwight on selling a property then again when I purchased a new property. In both cases he was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend using him if you are buying, selling, or for title work.His team was very detailed and the communication was great as well.

I am in agent in the Tampa area with a listing in the Land O'Lakes area. I was working with Peter Rundel whom submitted and offer which was executed. Due to unforeseen circumstances the contract was terminated HOWEVER that did not stop Pete from helping me overcome a few challenges in regards to setting up utilities with MY out of state seller. Petes communication is stellar, he is very professional and I look forward to the next opportunity we have to work together. If only more agents were like him in this dog eat dog industry...

Everyone at IPR has been absolutely amazing! Dwight McDonald has been available to help every time I have needed something or had a question. He was extremely kind and understanding when I had a family emergency arise, making sure that I was able to be present with my family and also made sure that I was aware when something time-sensitive needed to be taken care of in order to secure the property I wanted. When an unanticipated issue came up with the application for the deed-restricted community I had applied to, Dwight jumped into action and was able to find a beautiful property that I was able to move my family into immediately. He really went above and beyond to help us and we are deeply grateful!!

I just closed on my first house and it wouldn’t have been possible without Beatriz Botero. How fate brought her in to my life is a story all on its own but I am beyond grateful she came in to our lives like a guardian angel! She’s compassionate and EXTREMELY hard working. It didn’t matter at what time of day or night or how many times you called her she was always there to listen to any inane questions we had to ask and answered them happily and honestly. Our situation was unique and difficult and we know for a fact that it must have one of the hardest files she’s had in a long time but she had faith in us from the beginning and now we are homeowners of a beautiful new house and it wouldn’t have happened without Beatriz. I’ll always recommend her to anyone that comes across my path trying to buy a new home. It doesn’t get any better than her!!! Thank you B!!!
