Ashara, Renee, and Jennifer are the bee's knees! From start to finish they helped me along the way and made this process quick and painless (and we all know moving can be hectic!). The property is neat and the tenants that I've seen seem happy to be here. Thank GOD for these ladies and my new home.

I have lived here 15 years. The office staff and maintenance are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions or concerns are always handled professionally. 5 Stars!

Do not sign this lease, they changed their policy to only do online payments! BUT GOD FORBID you make any mistakes on your account! They will FORCE you to take out 2600 and go to a CVS or somewhere that does WIPS and hand them 2600! No cash or any other options! Sketchy and inconvenient.

I moved from Maryland to Florida 30 days ago, Ms Jennifer Malpeli was very instrumental in helping me in my move process not once did she not respond to any question that I had, down to if I needed more details in getting to the next part of my process, she is so personable, she is definitely an asset to your company, she deserves a raise even before the normal raise time Thank you Jennifer!!

****BEWARE***I am writing this review to alert everyone about my extremely negative experience with MAA Indigo Point's screening process, which partners with Safe Rent for tenant screening. It is important to note that Safe Rent is currently facing a discrimination lawsuit, and their screening is far from accurate and reliable.I was falsely denied residency at MAA Indigo Point due to incorrect information provided by Safe Rent. Instead of using my social security number to verify my identity, they relied on information associated with someone else who shares a similar name and birthday. This careless mistake has had a significant impact on my life.My disappointment knows no bounds as MAA Indigo Point continues to use Safe Rent as their screening process. I strongly advise against sharing any personal information with these people. Their association with Safe Rent has caused me immense frustration and inconvenience.Given the prevalence of this issue with Safe Rent, I have sought legal representation to address this matter. It is distressing to learn that numerous lawsuits have been filed against Safe Rent for the same reason.Additionally, it is worth mentioning that MAA Indigo Point's/Safe Rent dispute process regarding the screening results with Safe Rent is exceedingly prolonged, taking a frustrating 30 days. This extensive waiting period only adds to the frustration and inconvenience caused by their flawed screening process.The lengthy dispute process further highlights the lack of efficiency and concern for the well-being of potential tenants. It is disheartening to see that MAA Indigo Point prioritizes their partnership with Safe Rent over the timely resolution of legitimate concerns raised by applicants.Given the multitude of issues surrounding Safe Rent and the excessive duration of their dispute process, it is evident that MAA Indigo Point fails to prioritize the satisfaction and peace of mind of their prospective residents. This lack of consideration for applicants is deeply concerning and should be taken into account when making any decisions regarding housing optionsIn conclusion, I urge potential tenants to exercise extreme caution when considering MAA Indigo Point as their future residence. The use of Safe Rent for screening purposes is a red flag that should not be ignored. Protect yourself and your rights by avoiding any involvement with these entities, as they have proven to be unreliable and have caused unnecessary harm to innocent individuals.

I applied to my apartment Feb 21st with Jessica who was very friendly and welcoming. I moved in April 30th. Renee ( The property manager) has went above and beyond accommodating my needs to make sure I am a happy resident. Jennifer and Jessica have also been nothing but great responding to my emails promptly and just caring about me as a resident. Leo, Sherman and Leon ( The maintenance staff) have been nothing but great. If I’ve had and issue with something, I put a work order in and it was handled almost immediately. These apartments aren’t new but they are working on them. I know it’s not the property’s fault for the delayed stainless steel appliances ( manufacturer’s fault) but I am patiently and excitedly waiting. I love that there is a dog park only negative thing is, I wish it had fake grass because of my dogs allergies. And I’m not sure if it’s all first floors but my patio floods when it rains. I don’t have any noise issues above or around my apartment. I 100% recommend living here! Best Team of people!

Fantastic apartments for dog owners with an on-sight dog park and stations around the complex for cleaning up after your pup. The neighborhood is quiet and maintenance is quick to respond to any needs that arise.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. They find ways to scam you when it’s time to move out. You can clean and do everything right, they ll still find a way to get you because it’s always about stealing from the poor so they rich can get richer. If you’re looking for an appartement please don’t get close to that place.

9 year resident...We are very fortunate to have Leo working here. I have lived in many apartments originally coming from NYC/NJ. He is without a doubt the best maintenance person I've known. Once he fixes something it's fixed!Management office personnel, Renee and Jennifer are also great. They've responded quickly and professionally to any issue I may have had.

My Husband and I we live in this Comunity for 2 year , I really love my Apartment any problem with my Apartment I submit the Will call , and the come to fix it right away, the Girls from the offices and the Maintenances Guys they are so sweet to help the tenants, I can’t complain about this property no complain about I really love this place ?

I have been here 14 years just signed my new lease so now 15 years it was hard to pay alot More than I have but I love the office manager and the asst manager Renee and Jennifer cause they care about me and they treat me like family even the maintenance workers Leon,Leo, and new guy Sherman they also treat me like family that why I stay cause u don't get that at other apartments I hear people talk and I listen ,I have got 3 tenants in here and one is still here so if I wasn't happy and comfortable here then I would not share my place where I live.
