Fix the phones. It's all robotic and can never get a human. Went in yesterday for appointment and the advisor wasn't there. 2nd time I went in for a scheduled appointment and still haven't my taxes completed. They reschedule you without calling or sending out an email and you don't know until you show up. Come on guys, get better. Start by answering the phone!

Booked an appointment a year ago for a date and time. Show up on the day of 15 minutes early for the appointment, an hour goes by and nothing. No urgency, very disappointing.
