This is my Husbands & I ? second home! We come in the store almost on a regular basis, for our construction work that we are doing to our home. ? Small but mighty store! This place has it all! Including the atmosphere We love it here! As soon as you walk in, everyone knows you and is excited to see you! A lot of diversity working, young and older, which makes anyone feel welcome. Also dog friendly too! Took our two Frenchies in for a quick walk thru & were greeted with a warm welcome. Great management & employees here.

I've been to the 1524 east Brandon Blvd location , I was busy with some plumbing work at my house, a lady with the name of Emily helped me to the extra mile , she's very friendly and cares about her customers , ask for her when you go to plumbing .I'll give her 10 stars

**Update - I drove to the store and met w/ the asst. mgr Ms. Meicha (apologize if spelled wrong) who was super helpful in getting answers. So I give her 5 stars but TBC.... on the delivery. (but she's working on it)If I could give this store 0 stars I would - dropped almost $2k in there yesterday and paid for delivery - product never delivered! After 2 hours on the phone today -still no info obtained for an order that shows "delivered" - managers won't answer the phone - can't get returned phone calls - NO INFO! This store is the worst customer service I have experienced - never again! I will pay triple before I deal with them again with any order! DO BETTER HOME DEPOT you can afford too!

It's Home Depot, so you already know what to expect...tons of stuff, little sales help, and self checkout was the only way to pay for my stuff. Ugh!
