Honestly not clean , Roaches were crawling , They said someone brought in a system that was infested with them? I have no idea how that even happens but ewww. There is an i hop next door I bet they did not tell them at all. So as the actual food place guess where all the roaches will go. Just eww.

My credit card was charged , one of the employees got my credit card number and put two charges on there after I was there on Easter weekend . If buy from that location watch your credit card statement.

I tried to return an item a few days after Christmas, but the employee pretended he didn't know about the holiday return policy and refused to process the return until I took back the receipt and read the return policy written on the receipt to him. I had similar issues at other nearby locations so my assumption is corporate has instructed employees to not process returns. Employees are friendly, but based on this level of service I can't continue to go out of my way to support my local gamestop.

I wish I could leave a better review, but this GameStop leaves less than desired. I went in to do some last minute shopping on Friday and stopped in to pick up some items. I was not surprised by the amount of people the Friday before Christmas. But what I was surprised by is the fact they only had ONE PERSON working and running the entire store. Absolutely insane to see that especially for the holidays. Josh the poor employee at the front really worked his butt off helping and answering all the questions everyone had. His attitude was so great considering what a terrible position he was put in. At one point there seemed to be another person there but didn't even stop to help which seems a little ridiculous. If anything I wish I could rate people as Josh should get 5 stars. I just don't think anyone should be working alone during the holiday rush

Traded in an Xbox One and PS4 and only got $88 in credit. So, I took the $66 in cash instead. GameStop is nothing but a rip-off now. I no longer buy games from them and in the future will just sell my stuff myself.

I visited GameStop Brandon today and expertly assisted by Joshua in locating the item I was looking for. Additionally, he helped me find a clearance item that saved me over $30. Joshua's courteous, friendly, and helpful manner made my visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend visiting this GameStop location at your earliest opportunity.
