I called Florida Totalcom after I had an unsuccessful contact with Hughes Net Support. What a refreshing experience! They took the time to understand my problem, and they went the extra mile. When Pam realized that she couldn't resolve it herself, she called a senior technician to look at it. Ralph was willing to have a 3-way conversation, and he stayed on the phone trying to resolve the issue for for more than 30 minutes. Ralph and Pam realized that they would have to go higher in the Hughes Net hierarchy, and they promised to do so the same day. An hour later, my problem was fully resolved. I'm very happy with Florida Totalcom's commitment to customer service. If I could, I'd send flowers.

This company is absolutely horrible.They will do nothing but waste your time and money!!! Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I signed up for hughsnet over a month ago. Totalcom had scheduled to come out to do the install FIVE different times. Every time I would call to confirm that they were coming, take off work, wait all day long and they NEVER showed up. After failing to show up on three seperate occasions, I recieved a text stating they would be out on \"saturday or sunday\" (11/12, 11/12). I waited at home for the entire weekend, and they never showed up. Here we are three weeks later, and they STILL have not came to install the equipment. I cancled my hughsnet plan and went with a different provider all due to florida totalcoms horrible, horrible customer service. They have done nothing but waste my time and money.

so one of your wonderful drivers on bloomingdale between johnmoore road and bryan road decided to jump in front of me and slam his breaks almost causing me to hit the work truck because he needed to turn into the shopping center where winn dixie previously was on bloomingdale in brandon florida. i called your office to speak to someone and was directed to a voicemail that was not een set up. How convenient... i have his license plate number and a picture of the truck. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

My review disappeared, but this company is horrible. They do Hughes Net service. I set up a service call, service never worked since installation. I was told to f-off by their phone rep. Reported to Florida Totalcom, they lied and said she was fired. Found out from regional manager that it was a lie. Called Hughes Net and told them to get their junk off my property. Still waiting, but contract was closed. Never again and I will repost if they take my review down again.

I just called this company which seems to be a sub contractor of HughesNet. I called to get information about their satellite internet services. I said I needed a 1 TB data limit for my typical household usage, and asked what limits they had. He explained that they throttled their speeds after 10,20,50 or 250GB. To which I explained would be a hindrance for my household. He said I didn't need a TB and he was so sure he hung up the phone on me. I am sure I don't need HughesNet now.

Cheap company, posting illegal signs trashing our neighborhood. not even a website to go to....avoid shady dealings like these
