I had talk to a service guy there named Steve to get some tires on my car. We had it all set up for Friday because we were going to go over other services I needed done. When I got there at my appointment time Steve had called out and the guy behind the counter that helped me this time gave me the impression that I was bugging him so I backed off and told him to only do the tires and alignment. When I did get my car back I noticed and I took pictures. Needless to say now I have to peel and remove the coating off the rims. Yay not a fun job to do. But I noticed that on 3 of my rims the plasti cote had big gouges all the way around the rims and there was a lot of this white substance that was a little hard to get off left on them. The passenger side front I can still hear this hollow bumping sound when going over bumps or speed bumps ect. I had asked if they could check it out but it’s still there. I figured I’d wait to talk to somebody when this survey comes in my email. I’m happy but not happy. Supposedly I was supposed to get a cheaper discount from some promo that Steve had told me he would look to see if there was any when I brought it in.

I've brought my cars inconsistently to these guys over the years. Typically a great experience, When I had a concern they addressed it appropriately. Manager was receptive and personable. Would recommend.

Yesterday, I took my car in for an alignment and a $10 inspection of my fluids and vehicle. During the inspection, they found my brake fluid was dirty, so I decided to get a brake fluid exchange along with the alignment. My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm, but they didn't start working on my car until 5 pm, leaving it lifted up for a long time. When I mentioned I needed to leave and asked them not to proceed with the brake exchange if they hadn't started it yet, they assured me they had already done it. However, as I walked by my car, I saw a technician adding brake fluid directly to the reservoir without using a funnel, which could introduce air into the system.Feeling frustrated, I confronted them because I knew the service hadn't been done properly. They claimed they had done the brake exchange before starting the alignment, which wasn't what I had requested initially. I spoke with the supervisor, Thomas, who assured me he would ensure the job was done correctly. He assigned a technician named Robert F to redo the brake exchange.Robert F impressed me with his attention to detail and professionalism. He noticed that my tires were directional and made sure to rotate them correctly. After completing the brake fluid exchange, he noticed that the brakes felt spongy, requiring him to press the pedal all the way down to stop the car. This was definitely not normal. He took the car back in and bled the brakes from each caliper, discovering air in the rear caliper. He explained that somehow air had entered the system during the prior service.Thomas, the supervisor, apologized for the inconvenience and offered to redo the work for half off, acknowledging the mistake. Throughout the process, Robert F displayed exemplary customer service and professionalism. If it weren't for the poor treatment from the manager and the previous technician introducing air into my brake system, this review would easily be 5 stars solely because of Robert F's exceptional service.I will be informing my friend in corporate Firestone about the issues at this location, and he will take my experience into account. Additionally, I want to ensure that Robert F doesn't receive any backlash or retaliation from his coworkers. He is an honest and hardworking individual who deserves to be recognized by his peers for his outstanding work..

Outstanding Service at Firestone! I needed an alignment and decided to try Firestone. To my surprise, I was able to easily book a same-day appointment online, which was incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, the staff was efficient and professional. The service was so quick that I was in and out in no time. I’m thoroughly impressed with the speed and ease of the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick and reliable car services.

Tommy is very good at communicating expectations and has a strong customer service focus in his dialog. I feel that the price that I paid for the work done was appropriate, and the time it took to get done was inside of the estimated time that was given to me. My car feels safer to drive and I have grown to trust the people at this location over the years.

The manager at Firestone is very arrogant and very unprofessional. He cares nothing about your safety and will put you on the road knowing you have a tire that could come apart anytime and told us quote, unquote "It sounds like a you problem " even though the tires were purchased from that company and a road hazard warranty was purchased. The tire they sold us was already date coded 2 years old when they installed on our truck. Would not advise purchasing tires from this company if you value your well being and your family's as well as other road users.

The manager Tommy in Brandon, Florida helped me do much. I had issue with my rim. My tire was make noise when I drove it on road. So I stop at Firestone in Big Bend in Riverview. I told them my tire is lose if they can possible tighten it for me. They check all but one. The nut on lug will not tighten. They said I couldn't drive it anywhere. So I had to miss work for three days. I ask if they can get me a renter car. No response. I didn't have no choice bit to take off with out any transportation. When I received my car they people in big bend damage my rim. They didn't even inform me that they damage my rim. So I had to contact them. They said since Brandon Firestone put my tires they are responsible for new rim. They said they will handle it. So I waited and waited. So response no calls. I'm the one have to contact them. It's was getting me mad. Last week they took two pictures of my rim and still no response. I went to them again for the third time. They said since Brandon put my tires they are responsible for it. I understand that but Firestone on big bend damage the rim they should be the one responsible but no. So I had to do something if none of store will replace my rim. So I end up calling Firestone in Brandon. So Tommy the manager answer the phone. Tommy said that was first. He didn't get any call from big bend store. Tommy said bring it over he will take of it. So I brought it over so Tommy can look at it. He took pictures and took vin number on my car with in the week Tommy did his job when he said he will take of it. That why I stop going to get my car service at big bend. I been going at Brandon even do it's little far it ok as long they did there job and they did. Thank you so much to Manager Tommy on taking care of me and my car. I appreciate it so much. I will go back to you guys for any car service. Thank you once again to Manager Tommy and his crew people for fixing my carIrenea Creech

I recently purchased a used vehicle that I was hoping to get checked out.. Tune-Up, Oil Change, etc as needed. I called on Saturday and was confirmed to drop my vehicle off on Monday but missed my appointment. I called on Monday evening and Sean took my details and assured me that if I drop it off overnight and drop my key in the key drop box it would be looked at. I called on Tuesday after work and after a 5 minute hold was hung up on. I called back and after about another 5 minutes of searching, the rude gentleman on the phone stated "You ain't put ya key in a bag and we didn't see it!" I was never told any such drop off procedures other than to drop my key in the box. Nonetheless, by not receiving a call all day at work, that let me know that Sean didn't take my information down correctly because they asked for it several times when I called to check on my vehicle. The rude dude even stated, "it's 2 locations on Brandon Blvd, you sure you called the right one" while in fact I've lived in Tampa my whole life and there is only one Firestone on Brandon Blvd, and if there is another one I'm unaware of, it's certainly not on Brandon Blvd, maybe Valrico! Needless to say, I immediately felt the rude and disrespectful tone from the staff, and I chose to pick up my vehicle and actually took it to the mechanic shop next door, as I refuse to spend my hard-earned money with a company who doesn't respect another working professional's time and then provide nasty and rude service as if this is my fault. Some companies should really take heed to treating customers disrespectfully especially when the fault is on the shop. I will never recommend or have my vehicle serviced at this shop and I highly recommend you read further reviews on the consistent disrespect from the men at this shop!I would also prefer no one try to reach out to me from this shop or the corporation as I don't plan to interact any further in this madness. In reviewing other comments about this business, it seems as though it's a franchise location which means the owners will never change their ways! The beauty of America is CHOICE!

I recently visited the this Firestone location in Brandon Fl, and I had a deeply disappointing experience. The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but also raised significant safety concerns.During my visit, I observed the manager, whose name I believe is Brad, smoking cigarettes in the bay where cars are serviced. This is a clear violation of safety standards, especially considering the presence of hazardous chemicals in that area. What made it worse was the "No Smoking in This Area" sign right next to where he was sitting.When I politely pointed out the sign and expressed my concerns, I expected a professional response. Instead, Brad responded rudely, used offensive language, and even stated that it's his shop, implying he could do as he pleased.This experience has severely eroded my trust in this Firestone location. The manager's behavior was not only reckless but also demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers and disregard for safety regulations. Such conduct is unacceptable in any professional establishment.I would caution anyone considering this location for automotive services to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently trust my vehicle or safety to a place where the manager exhibits such unprofessionalism and indifference to safety rules.I hope that Firestone takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its customers.Service: Tires
