Zero stars. And if I could rate competence it would have a net negative. No one can tell you anything, all they do is tell you to contact customer service. Customer service tells you whatever gets them off the phone the fastest. No accountability. Just sheer incompetence.

Not once but twice! I have put in orders to pick up documents in preparation for a court hearing. And both times I’ve wasted time, causing me to be late to my hearing because the orders I put in over 24 hours prior were NOT ready for pick up. TERRIBLE job i defiantly won’t be using this location EVER again
No explanation as to why an order that was orignally ready for pick up at 7pm is still not ready by 10am the next day

I hate FedEx. Their phone system is horrible and you cannot get to a customer service representative. Their text service is just as bad and useless. I hate FedEx and will never use their services. You suck, FedEx.

They will not help you with anything. They leave you to the machines and even though they have information on how to get started. It can still seem complicated. One of the staff members rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Do not send packages by fedex, they are scammers, send a package to Mexico, pay almost 300 dollars and they did not deliver it and it is already a month old and they do not deliver it nor do they want to return it. Don't send him to Mexico with them and talk to fix that problem and they always tell you a thousand lies and they don't solve anything. They are scammers.

I had to take a moment to recognize the staff that this location. I wasn’t able to get the quality how I wanted, after expressing my concerns to Mike and Manager Brandon.
They worked their magic, I ended up not only quality copies printed I also received quality customer service!!!! Rare to see the level of team work and dedication to satisfy a customer!
