The manager was very understanding and resolved the issue...that came to be as a result of another employee a week earlier. The issue an unexpected charge of a service that I did not expect nor came in for. It lingered and bothered me all week. I did not feel that anybody would understand my issue unless they could replay the actual conversations between me and the female.I finally got feed up and went back I believe the name of the Manager was Mr.Nate, 5 min and 2 questions later i was in my car, with a few dollars more and a couple of the 8.5x11 inch sheets of the water proof paper I had first came to buy.SignedHappy Camper!I'LL BE BACK...........

Ever since I've had my 2016 Kaitong Gator 50-S scooter for the past 3+ years, FedEx has ALWAYS been "ON TIME" just like they said.So, thanks to ALL the FedEx driver's & ALL of FedEx's employees, too for doing a fantastic job!!One more thing. FedEx employees, along with EVERYONE out there. PLEASE, watch out for each other's while people are driving, walking with their children, babies, etc., & be careful and safe with the coronavirus coming back slowly, but surely.May God bless you and watch out over each & EVERYONE of you.
