I went there to fax some medical records and had no idea what to do. The guy was so very helpful. I hit a few snags and he was there to get me through. Will go back there again.

As I work long hours & dont have much free time, I arrived right before closing, totally stressed out, to ship a broken computer to be fixed... only to find out I needed to get more info from the company paying for it. After speaking with them I went back the next day, again right before closing, with less time & even more stressed out... only to find out that what they told me was incorrect & I still did not have the correct payment info. I dealt with the manager, Michelle both times. On the 2nd day, upon seeing my level of stress, she greatly helped me out by thinking outside the box (no pun intended) & I was able to ship it off. I now have my replacement PC, am able to continue the work that was held up and am very happy & grateful. Thanks, Michelle!

A shipping store that doesn’t carry supplies for a variety of shipping sizes. 24” box to be exact. While we were understanding at their lack of supplies, what is unacceptable is the employees rudeness about it. If the face of your business is lazy & rude, you won’t retain your customers.

Great little location with full service capabilities. I was really impressed and have used it multiple times. They carry full range of real fedex capabilities and packaging. Not a fake branded store. the real thing. inside the walmart at the front.
