My family and I have been going to this salon and using the same hairstylist for 25 years now! Suzanne is amazing. She smarted off cutting my hair as well as my husband’s and eventually my babies which are now teenagers. She is quick and thorough and always makes sure you are happy with the finished result before you leave. We won’t go anywhere else.

Very upset customer! John is unprofessional and made me feel terrible about coming in to do my hair today!
I walk in after making an appointment and explaining what I wanted over the phone. I came 30 minutes early from my appointment.
He first remark was I do not have time for you. I can only do wash and blow dry. I can’t not use the straighter on you.
I asked him for a price and he quoted $85. When I normally pay $55-$60. Then he goes to the back and makes the lady come out and tell me he won’t do my hair.
The remarks from the other associate you rubbed him the wrong way and now he is not going to do your hair. He never came to tell me himself.
I have been using this fantastic Sam’s for 24 years and have never experienced this attitude from an associate.
I left feeling very bad about coming to see you today. I walked in there exciting, pumped up, and ready to get a makeover hair do like I usually do.
I had a terrible experience. Please do not use John.

We recently made the decision to visit the salon for the first time and it was very good because as clients we found a complete service. Very much agree with the positive comments expressed. We will consider ourselves clients as long as they maintain the excellent service and attention from the beginning.

I never trust anyone with my hair because they always chop too much off but Dee was prefect , she understood what i wanted and didn’t cut off too much length . Will definitely be going back !

so bad she tell me in the phone 15 $ and when i go there she said 40$ the service was so bad my hair its normal nothing happened to it its bad place and there are not nice and the price its so hight for nothing am so unhappy with them i hate my self usually i do my hair for just 25$ and the lady she my make my hair so good this one charge me 40$ for a bad service and she is made on me even she didn’t say sorry or been nice to me she said no 15$ not for the straightner and your hair its gonna take 45 min and she lie to me she start 16:10 min she finish 16:30 min its bad place don’t go to it i will call costumer and tell them about that in the phone they say price and where are there the highest the price ?

My family has been coming to Suzanne since before my children were born (they are now 18 and 14). There is no one else I would trust when it comes to their, or my, hair. She is always professional, yet always greats us with a smile and ask how we have been, what is new, any concerns with hair (those pesky teen years). We would recommend her to anyone who asks.
