My purchase of a new LG fridge was easily conducted on the phone. And delivery was less than 48 hours later. Everyone from my sales person to the delivery crew were great. Salesperson got me the exact one I was looking for and said I could come see it or just buy on the phone. The delivery crew were all smiling and pleasant. Arrived early in the window I was given and did a great job of moving the old one to garage and installing the new one. So far I am very happy both with Famous Tate and my purchase.

Famous Tate is outstanding, I bought a new washer with them sight unseen because my old washer broke just before I was leaving for work. The new new washer came and I realized I bought the wrong brand (my old washer was a Samsung, I bought an LG). My wife was not happy at all, so I called Famous Tate and spoke with my sales lady Jerrie Dansby and told here my situation, I was expecting them to say too bad but to my suprise they said no problem this is Famous Tate not a big box store, in a couple of hours I got a call back with the new delivery time and day for my Samsung washer. To Famous Tate, Jerrie Dansby your management team, thank you for making my buying experience a pleasure, You have a customer for life.

We needed a new washer and dryer and I shopped around at several places. I am very happy with the experience we had with Famous Tate. Excellent customer service, communication, best prices and delivery/installation were flawless. I will be a repeat customer for any appliance needs int he future.

Famous Tate in Brandon were great to work with from the person greeting us to the store to the men driving the truck and delivering our washer and dryer . Our sales man, Mark Fagen was great to work with. No high pressure just friendly conversation to find out our needs. Would do business with them anytime!

Well I guess Infamous Tate is just too busy or too stupid to acknowledge my bad review. It's been several months now and no response for the 1 star I gave for the bad service. Infamous Tate Appliance Store, maybe they don't care. I suggest you take that into consideration before you have the service workers fix or setup and deliver your new appliances. Maybe Famous Tate does not have enough staff or repair service people to handle the orders. But no response from them a few months after this postingNow I have to take back my 5 star review I gave earlier. After my refrigerator purchased, I discussed how the door opens on the wrong side. Like all salesmen, it will be moved to accommodate your kitchen. It wasn't. Then we called the store and was offered to move it. (That part was very nice of them). However, this is where it all goes wrong. In-Famous Tate send their warehouse boy who has no idea what he's doing. The little warehouse boy did not even have the tools to do the job. Laid the refrigerator on its back to work on it and then move the door to the other side. Wearhouse tech then had to call the office several times to get help over the phone to fix it. Now the refrigerator runs constantly, and the doors make noise when you open or close them. Doors do not shut evenly and sag on one side. I will be calling the office and following up to see if Famous Tate will fix this huge problem. They get a bad review and 1 star until this is fixed

We arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Ryan greeted us, listened to our needs, then educated us on what would meet our needs. We never felt rushed. We made a decision and was given a delivery date for the coming Sunday. Saturday night got a call and text confirming delivery times. Sunday morning received a text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Delivered by two professionals who were very polite and careful. Overall the easiest transaction I have had for a major appliance.

Jerri is amazing and extremely helpful! I’m blessed to have her to assist me in finding all the right appliances for my renovated kitchen. Jerri followed through it me to ensure I received delivery of the items in stock and updated me on the one on order. Then the delivery guys were totally awesome (even when they had to walk the appliances to the house for the street and take the screen door off to prevent scratching). I don’t know of any other places that would have been so considerate and polite! Sorry I didn’t get their names. I’ll definitely be looking Jerri up again when I need anything else!
