This is by far the worst experience I have ever had working with any business. Val should be retrained or fired period. She did not email us the documents we needed to have for closing, she did not email our realtor the documents, SHE WASN’T EVEN PRESENT AT OUR CLOSING. Cheryl is the only one that seems to know anything or do anything at this establishment. Waiting for our closing appointment, a woman walked in and said “I want to speak to a manager,” waited for 10 minutes, and then left out of frustration. A woman working at Executive Title of Florida laughed to one of her colleagues and said “It’s funny because we don’t even have a manager.” This place is completely unprofessional, lacks a sense of urgency to get things done, and is beyond difficult to work with.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
