I recently had my Lyric serviced here, and I have to give credit where it's due—Eric exceeded all expectations. After taking my car to two different dealerships (Lakeland and Huston) over the course of six months with no resolution, I was about ready to give up. But Eric quickly identified the issue and had my car back to me within a week. Give this man a raise, he clearly knows what he’s doing. Thank you again for all your help, I now know where to go if anything comes up!

I've waited a while to write this review because I wanted to be fair and level headed.
The worst dealership service experience I have ever had. Purchased a low mileage (12,640 miles) Cadillac CTS from the Ed Morris Auto Mall next door to Ed Morse Cadillac. The car was still in new car showroom condition, not a mark on it inside out. Took it to Ed Morse Cadillac for its first oil change service. I asked them to please not run it through the car wash as it had just been detailed.
They finished it and brought it out for me to take home. Before driving off, I inspected the vehicle and opened the hood. I immediately noticed that the technician had chipped the painted lettering on the engine cowl cover under the hood (the paint chips was still laying there (I pointed this out to Heidi). I also noticed motor oil on the now damaged engine cowl cover and oil on the fan shroud. I also found oily hand prints on my driver's window and driver's door.
I went to the service writer Heidi who very professional and treated me very well from the beginning to the end. I showed her all this and she immediately apologized and had the technician come over. He apologized and then cleaned it up the best that he could, but he couldn't fix the chipped paint on the top engine cover. So, I drove my Cadillac home and parked it in my garage.
I go to get in it the next morning and there's a huge oil puddle underneath the car on my garage floor. I pull it out, looked underneath the car, and the underneath side of the car was covered in oil.
I check the oil level and it was correct and full. I go to clean it up off of the floor and noticed it was used motor oil dripping from the pan underneath the car. I called Heidi and she offered to have it towed back to the dealership. I told her that I only live a mile from the dealership and would drive it in since it wasn't low on oil. They took it right in.
The service manager (Carlos) comes out to tell me what happened. He also apologized. When the tech drained the oil, it drained into the underneath cover and frame area instead of draining into their used oil container. So it pooled in these areas and blew all over the place when I went driving down the road. They cleaned it up the best that they could and Carlos again apologized for it happening.
He said that if they could have run it through their car wash, that would have cleaned it up. Well I'm sorry, I'm 60 years old and I know the car wash would have never reached the areas underneath the car where the oil was allowed to pool. and even so, they should have used the correct equipment when draining the old oil and that would have prevented the whole thing from happening in the first place.
This was the first Cadillac that I had ever owned, so I baby this car. I was expecting premium service since it was a premium vehicle and supposed to be a premium dealership. Honestly, it was just a simple oil change, and they screwed it up royally.
They damaged my plastic engine cover and didn't offer to repair or replace it. They also cost me a lot of time, not to mention the mess on my garage floor that I had to clean. And I had to have the car detailed again. I basically left the dealership with a more used looking car than when it went in.
Its ashamed too because I can no longer trust my hometown Cadillac dealership to do the regular maintenance or work on my car again.
Bottom line is if you like your car like I do, and you take care of your car like I do, and you want the repairs done right, DO NOT TAKE IT TO ED MORSE CADILLAC.

Purchased a certified pre owned CT5-V earlier in the week from Randy. I had a ton of anxiety about purchasing a vehicle but Randy did everything he could to put me at ease and make the transaction as smooth as possible. No pressure, no unreasonable fees and they were super military friendly & respectful. My schedule was pretty tight and I had my kids with me; didn’t matter, Randy and the finance office accommodated me perfectly. From my experience with Randy to my experience with finance, I can’t say enough good things. Thanks guys and keep up the good work, I’ll see you for service soon!

On July 1st 2024, I called on a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport that was listed at $28,987.00

I spoke to a salesman named Dan who texted me that yes, the car was available. I called him back and said I would make the 2 1/2 hour trip the following morning 7/1/24 to see the car early in the morning. He said I could not see it until Thursday the 4th, I didn’t think they would be open but I agreed. He said the car would not be available because it had to go through servicing, cleaning, recon. Noting the sun yellowed headlights and dull top, I asked what was the condition of the car. He said “It’s not that bad.”
I left it at that said see you Thursday and hung up.
I thought about it and called him back in minutes and offered him at least $1000.00 deposit to make sure he would hold it for me on Thursday. He refused, said “We do not take deposits on used cars.” I thought something smelled fishy about this. I told my wife immediately, “ That car is gone, had to be.”
Dan called me back 6/3/24 and told me the car was sold. “First come first served” he said. I pointed out that I was the first as I offered money immediately.
What I want to know, is if In fact, Ed Morse does NOT IN FACT take deposits on used cars, because if they do, I was lied to and cheated out of a car that I was told could not be viewed until 7/4/24 yet was sold by 7/3/24.
I would expect this type of customer treatment from a plaid coat, slicked back haired used car salesman with a gold plated pinky ring, not a dealership that presents as a high end luxury vehicle buisiness.

'19 Escalade with 43K miles now on it's 5th battery. Another Cadillac dealership didn't do anything past a simple draw test & found nothing wrong. I contacted GM who sent me to Ed Morse Brandon. I spoke with Matt who said he had someone in mind that could troubleshoot the issue. They had my car for several weeks to figure it out & they did. Thank you to Matt & his team.

My husband recently took me to Ed Morse to “look” at the new Lyriq. I was not in the market to buy a car. Just looking. We were greeted by Randall Lovell and the rest is history. Great guy, friendly, not pushy. Randall was attentive, paid attention to me, super helpful since it would be my car. Really paid attention to what I was saying.
Guess what I drove home in? I love everything about the car. Luxurious is an understatement. But it’s my experience that will have me going back and referring anyone who wants to buy a car and leave feeling like they matter.
Thank you again to Randall and the whole team. I love my car! Until next time.
