cute stuff in the store. I would have given then another star but the employees spent the whole time talking about how someone was trying to steal something. I was in the store for like 15-20 minutes....and the 2 employees were engulfed into the story. Which is fine i guess........but from my point of view.....it was kind of annoying......Maybe put some cool hippie music on and talk about thief stuff in the back .......and the store might have a friendly atmosphere. I did buy an item.....but all i could think about was the thief story.Edit : I have been back to the store . New set of chill, relaxing staff. Very easygoing atmosphere . I bought a dress, dream catcher.... bracelet

I love this place. They have some beautiful colorful and soft fabrics that make skirts, ponchos, pants etc. Staff are always super nice and are like old friends. Love visiting to see what new gems they have.

I just had the worst experience ever. 2 girl chatting at , not paying attention to anything going on around them. I was in dressing room found 2 cute outfits. I stepped out for a second to get another size, bc the 2 workers are chatting with each other not paying any attention. A another customer goes into my dressing room my purse to go food on and all my stuff bench. I had to get her out of dressing room check content of purse. Worker need education on how to help in situations like that. I left and bought nothing. What a sorry group of people u have working at your store.

This was such a treat to find!! I highly recommend at least taking a stroll through this majestic store located right next to the footlocker. I’d say this store is perfect for all free spirits and hippies at heart! They have so much variety as far as decor, clothes, jewelry, lots of incense products, essential oils, arts and other hand crafted goodies. I personally loved all the zodiac and mushroom related goodies. And the staff there is so friendly, helpful and filled with positive energy!

I went in yesterday for my first time. I was not greeted by any employee or asked if I needed help, but the shop was well kept, and yes the employees were staring at me like a hawk to make sure I didn't steal anything, which I'm sure they get pressured by management to do as this is a tourist destination that probably looses a lot of money in shoplifting every week, but the store was well kept, air conditioned, and there was such a beautiful assortment of everything earthbound related. I enjoyed my browsing experience there.

Ive been going to Earthbound for a year now and it has gone downhill. Today I was casually minding my business and trying to shop for jewelry, giving that I love Earthbound I decided to shop there despite the absurd prices for very low quality jewelry. As I was shopping no employee came to greet me or ask if I needed any help. After 10 minutes or so just browsing I noticed an employee in the corner of my eye watching me as I browsed, she never asked if I needed help or tried to be friendly at all, but I continue to shop. As I found something I liked I noticed that a jewel was missing so I put it back and decided to leave. As I left an employee followed me out of the store and told me “You can put that bracelet on the front desk.” and I told her “Oh I put that back.” My point is as a business your main priority should be ensuring the customer has a great experience. Today I was accused of stealing and I found that very disrespectful. Earthbound, do better. I was a paying and loyal customer.
