OMG BB is absolutely amazing! This is our second time going to her and both times our little Bentley(toy Yorkie) was just so darn adorable! She's such a professional and has a great sense of humor! She doesn't mind taking a second to provide recommendations or just have a little fun back and forth before you leave. Her space is always clean and smells nice. Her friendly welcoming demeanor is a joy! I'd recommend her to anyone! We will definitely be coming back!

I can't express enough how wonderful it is that my girlfriend found this wonderful lady! She does a great job on both of our dogs, and let's them cuddle together in the cage when they are waiting for us to pick them up! She does a great job with them, a great job on their haircuts, and she charges a very reasonable rate! I highly recommend, she's been doing it for years and is an expert. She has a great little setup behind her house that is perfect for this. :)

I finally FOUND A GREAT GROOMER/ BABYSITTER! My two little girls have had some time since being groomed and it created a little hesitation from the pups and BB right away connected with them both and when I picked them up they both were happy and smelled so good! She's my monthly go to from now on!

I’ve been using BB’s services for a couple of years now. I’ve noticed my dog has acted strangely while approaching the shed in the back. She gets very nervous and resists entering through the door. Ive had other friends take their dog there any they act the same exact way, despite of all their dogs having different temperaments. Both the energetic dogs as well as the calm ones react the same way. For the longest time I believed they were just afraid of the process of being groomed like the loud sound of the clippers. But as I read other reviews, others have had a more obvious experience of what MAY be happening. The treating conditions inside is a bit harsh too. The cages are very small for the dogs to fit in. Again, there are many good reviews about her, such as her amazing grooming abilities and being nice to her customers, and I can confirm that over the years of using her service. Despite that, I suspect something else is going on with our dogs, and that’s why I won’t keep bringing mine here.

Was turned away because my dog weighed “too much”. He’s 55 pounds. I’ve seen photos of much bigger dogs that she’s groomed just a couple weeks ago. She turned him away because he’s an American bulldog, not because of his weight. He’s a service dog and very well mannered while grooming. Never had an issue. If you won’t groom certain dogs, need to have that listed instead of making me feel guilty because of your age and being a widow. You’re in the business of grooming.

What can I say? BB did it again! She is such an AMAZING groomer!!!!! I love how she left my pup???. I highly, HIGHLYYYY, recommend her services for YOUR furbabies ?❤️ this is my second time taking my baby and I yet this time she amazed me even more with how he came out today ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and if I could rate her more than 5 stars, I would.
