Truly disgusting staff in the women’s department. I believe the lady’s name was Michelle. I was looking for a business casual button up blouse and when I asked her for directions I said and I quote “I’m looking for a blouse that would go with a black pair of slacks.” Then that poor behaved, foul attitude lady responds in a degrading manor stating “Go to the kids section to find something because you’re not much of anything.” In the year of 2024 and at the sales rep grown age I would've never expect body shaming. I was so taken aback I didn’t even know to reply I just left it at a simple “okay” and took my business to JcPenny. This incident occurred on the 25th of this month.

Yesterday I was feeling bad to check out some items after the store is closed but “Zina” from the customer service from Dillard’s at Brandon mall was so welcoming and professional. “Zina”provided best customer services ever and will diffidently shop back at Dillard’s!!

I walked in at 5:50 just so a short spanish lady wearing hot pink can tell me the store is closed. All I wanted to buy was a Polo shirt but she insisted the store is closed and she locked the doors. Funny part is i still seen other people in the store. I thought retail employees were supposed to promote sales and business, not push it away or turn it down.

Needed a size our Dillards didn’t have, so I stopped in Brandon as I drove home. This store is really something special! I don’t know if it’s just the way things are laid out or what, but it has an elegant feel. Lingerie and shoe departments seem massive and full of things I haven’t seen in our store - and ours is new, @ UTC. Found what I needed and more!

Dillards is the only store I shop for clothing anymore. Great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories! I only have one complaint. There I only one salesclerk available for Women’s Clothing.

I was assisted by the sales staff Deborah. In men’s wear Polo Ralph Lauren. She was so courteous and helpful. She made my shopping trip a very enjoyable experience.

Absolutely appalling customer service at Dillard's today! I tried to return a Gold Label dress shirt that I had purchased just a few days ago because the product left me unsatisfied and caused physically damage to my neck. I wore the $55.00 Gold Label white dress shirt for an hour and it was for wedding pictures but I had to take it off due to the issue that it was causing irritation to my neck. The representative I spoke with was completely unhelpful. Right off the bat, the woman rudely said she can't return the product due to the fact that there was no tags. I provided the receipt and tags (which were proof of purchase). The lady then stated that she needed "authorization" to return it. Another lady came to "help" but same as the other one, gave me the same excuse. The lady then calls over a manager named John. I explained the situation to him but same as the other two they didn't believe me. At this point I genuinely felt as if I was being judged due to my age and appearance because of questions being made to me such as "Do you often wear dress shirts?". John also decided to state the fact he also "wears" Gold Label shirts and that this has never happened to him before, insinuating that he believes I'm lying. Not once in this entire situation or time period were these workers nice and warming, quite the opposite. Felt as if they believed I was lying just to get my money back from a product I was genuinely upset with. Never again will come to shop at a place like this.
