“Yesterday I was feeling bad to check out some items after the store is closed but “Zina” from the customer service from Dillard’s at Brandon mall was so welcoming and professional. “Zina”provided best customer services ever and will diffidently shop back at Dillard’s!!”

“This TJ Maxx is always neat and clean. We had to use their restrooms several times and it’s always clean. Their inventory is always well stocked as well. Floor attendants have good attitude and always eager to help. I highly recommend this location.”

“Oh it’s qvc what can I say? You may find something great or you might not find anything. It’s hit or miss sometimes I spend $200 sometimes I walk out without anything. It’s a 2 hour ride for me so I only get there once a month I wish it was closer.”

“I stopped in at JCPenney to look for some specific makeup that I was struggling to track down. I had been to two other stores and did not receive much assistance and stopped in for one last attempt. Lily helped me and was an absolute gem! It was late on a Friday night but she took the time to help me find alternatives for what I was looking for. She was cheerful and helpful the whole time! “Last minute gift shopping, but want to avoid the crowd? Use Curbside pickup. I encountered some great Walmart staff (which is something I never say about Walmart). I went to pick up a 24" bicycle and quickly learned it was too big to fit in my sedan. Tragic! Justin was personable and gave me some suggestions on how to get my bike home. He assured me he'd hold the bike until I returned with a more accommodating vehicle. When I returned an hour later he wasted no time getting me situated. For the first time in a while, Walmart made me smile.”

“I used Google voice to find me the nearest Super Walmart, and it took me 17 minuets to get there. It said it was only 4 miles away, but in reality it was over 8 miles away. I was not happy that I had to drive so far to get to a Super Walmart. Other than that, tge store was fine.”

“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”
