Terrible optometrist. New doctor, don't even know his name. They didn't accept my insurance which is no big deal but the exam was terrible as I was left with a box of contacts where I can't even read the clock on stove from 10 feet away with my left eye. No big deal as I always found contacts to not be as sharp as glasses anyways.
So now I go in to get a pair of glasses and I have the same problem, the left lens is blurry. I should have never changed my prescription as my last one was perfectly clear but figured, the insurance is paying, why not?
Costco should be ashamed to be associated with this guy. Can't even provide a proper exam. Will be going to a real eye doctor from here on out. I hope Costco will make this right and just put in my old lens prescription in.
Lady in the doctor's office is a nasty person too.

What happened to Dr Hutchinson? He was very kind. Lady answering the phone is condescending as others have stated. Costco-Brandon, find another optical staff that treat patients with respect.

I had an eye exam at costco vision center causeway. The optometrist was in a hurry. His instructions were very fast. He did not take enough time on me. He did everything in a dash. It seems I wasn't a valuable customer for him.

Find optical staff to be unfriendly and inexperienced at adjusting frames.

This is not for Dr. Hutchinson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The eyeglass team at Costco in particular one of the female workers was about as rude and condescending individual that I had ever met. The eyeglasses themselves are said to be scratch resistant and they are not even taking care of them meticulously they will scratch and they do not support any type of warranty. I was then told if I wanted new glasses, I would have to keep my glasses for two weeks instead of using the prescription from Dr. Hutchinson. If I could go two weeks without glasses, I wouldn’t need glasses so I went ahead and got my prescription from Dr. Hutchinson and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Hutchinson for over 15 years. There was a misunderstanding regarding insurance. I made the appointment thinking they took Superior because Superior lists COSTCO on their website as a provider, but when I got to appointment, I was informed that they do no take this insurance. I had to cancel, but they informed me that they will charge my account the 30 dollars no show fee anyway. Because it was my fault, as he said his staff would not have made that mistake. ? I don't really understand what just happened, but it seems kinda unfair especially since I have been loyal patient for so many years.

(This review is for the liquor store. I couldn't find it listed on its own) It's never the same place twice-and that's part of the fun! The inventory is always changing. Don't come in here with expectations and you'll leave thrilled. I always find something I never thought to look for-and usually, it's a huge bottle at a fraction of the price for smaller bottles elsewhere. I always start here before throwing my annual Christmas party-it's the base and then I build out. I know it's only April-I'm here on reconnaissance!

I love this Costco, recently ordered a new set of washer and dryer online. Everything was good and then a few days before my delivery I noticed that they recharged my card another $1400 when I already had a charge for the $1400 so basically charged me $2800. I called the warehouse they told me they don't handle online orders and I have to call the online Costco customer service. Called the number for online and literally sat on the phone for 45 minutes trying EVERY option in their automated system and it would bring me back to the main menu. There was no prompt for what I needed and had to get the run around there and never got past the robot. After trying 3 times I called my bank, she said one of them is set to fall off tomorrow. But why did they charge twice? Her response was sometimes they will double charge to confirm all the funds are there.... Well they were there when they took them out the first time? Now I'm out $1400 until Costco Recredits my account. Fast forward washer and dryer were delivered today and the funds were still not released back to me, still couldn't get ahold of Costco, and my bank had to push the funds back into my account themselves. NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!!

Rude and short with customers over the phone. Hung up on me while attempting to gather information. Definitely independent Optometrist because they don't have the manners or customer service I am use to from Costco.

Love hate relationship with this place. Great products, good prices, management seems in control. The crowds are getting too big. The check out lane goes ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK of the store, where the meat section is! NO EXAGGERATION. Yes, it moves, but this is ridiculous. They need to build another Costco in Naples! Bonita, somewhere else! Please! Don't even get me started with parking and the Gas lines. Getting bad even off season, summers are also getting bad here as ppl are staying through the year now. Need to cancel my membership, not worth it here.

I have been a Sam's Club member for years and after hearing so many good things about Costco, we decided to get a membership. The parking lot here is crazy. I didn't see any stalls for carts, so people leave their carts everywhere. We did sit in line for gas, because it's cheaper, but it took forever. Once in the store, it's set up like a typical warehouse store. They sell everything from soup to nuts. I imagine once you learn the layout of the store it will be easier to find things, but I found it fairly overwhelming. At 11 am, the store was packed and the lines were long. You need to leave yourself time here so that you can go up and down each aisle and find what you need or want.

I have been a loyal Costco customer for the past 20+ years. I am from Seattle where Costco is an A+ at every location. I recently moved to Tampa, FL and had my first bad experience with an associate in a warehouse. In fact it was horrible. I bought cabinet pulls online that my wife didn't like when they got delivered. I also bought a bag of salad from the warehouse. I went to the Brandon, FL warehouse to return them. I was 'helped' by Eunnie at the return desk on 12/28/21. I walked up and said 'Hi, how's it going' and she was immediately rude. She gruffly said online or warehouse. I told her the first return was online. She abrasively asked me if I had my order number. I told her I can look it up on my phone. She rolled her eyes and said maybe she can find it in the computer. She found it in a matter of seconds before I located it on my phone. She asked me what was wrong with it in a sharp tone, and I told her my wife didn't like them. She visibly seemed upset about this. She handed me a receipt and said it was refunded back to the online payment method. Next I handed her the salad and she was visibly irritated and said 'what's wrong with this??' In an accusatory tone. I told her that my wife and I saw the recall on multiple brands of bagged salad and we didn't feel comfortable feeding it to our family. She looked at the bag of lettuce and said 'this isn't fresh express! Why are you returning it?!' I again repeated that I don't feel comfortable feeding it to my family. She again rolled her eyes. Which was extremely unprofessional. She grabbed the receipt and looked to the side and abrasively handed it to me (without looking at me). At this point I was confused, frustrated, and shocked that she was behaving like this. I took the receipt and as I had my back turned and was walking away. She loudly and in a very condescending tone said 'YOU'RE WELCOME!!' That downright shocked me that she said that to a customer in the first place. If she feels comfortable insulting me and speaking to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. How many other customers has she treated this way? How many other customers has she spoken to like this?? How many other customers (like me) don't want to return to the Brandon, FL warehouse after this experience? Eunnie clearly is NOT an ambassador for your brand, and does not care about the success of your company. That is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in a Costco warehouse in 20+ years. I have loyally shopped Costco in 5 different states. Eunnie stands out in a bad way as not representing the Costco i know and love. Eunnie does not represent the Costco that I brag about, and encourage friends/family to frequent. I would greatly appreciate if you could forward this email to the store director of the Brandon, FL warehouse. If I had an employee that was behaving unprofessionally like Eunnie in my business, I would want to know.
