The cashier, Alba was very rude to my wife. First, she pushed us over and over to upgrade to an elite card even though we didn't want one. Then, my wife paid, input her pin, but the payment was canceled. ( not our fault) We didn't know the payment got canceled so we started walking away. She accussed us of trying to steal and aggressively insisted we pay. She spoke to us in an aggressive derogatory tone. I do not think customers should ever be rude to staff, but it goes both ways. This treatment towards us was truly undeserved. We will not be returning to this location.

Great as always. Current merchandise, fresh produce and meats, live their basket and fish both on the weekend's. Great prices on clothing. How could you not love Costco?

2 pm on a Thursday, and the Food Court was moving swiftly. I ordered the humongous pepperoni pizza to bring home. Lots of pepperoni and cheese, taste was okay.

Incredibly rude associate. Should have more welcoming and accepting people working the front especially since this is the first person customers are greeted with. Won't be using this Costco anymore. Be more kind dude.

Mary at the front is incredibly rude. Twice now she's had a problem with me. I understand needing to correct people and do your job but you can do it politely. I recommend some customer service training.

I was visiting with a friend. This is a Hugh location and was extremely busy. We got in and made the purchases that were needed and were on our way in no time. Easy to see why so many people like to shop here.

This store is full of customers, I get that.The employees on the cash registers are wonderful, and helpful. Never had a bad cashier. The other employees run around at WARP speed, nearly ran into me on my visit last Monday. Why?! I know how to walk fast! Every ER Nurse can move like her pants are on fire. Especially when someone brings in Krispy Kreme donuts! Costco employees:Don't walk in front of others like your pants are on fire.I know damn well y'all don't have Krispy Kreme donuts at your Costco.

My biggest complaint about this location is that they never have rotisserie chicken in stock when I go. What was the point of being a member when they don't stock the main reason people subscribe to Costco? Then they closed it for months to renovate? Sorry membership should be free if you're not going to provide basic amentities to members.It's also a nightmare to check out of. They really need Sam's Club's scan and go feature. The staff were also absolutely militant about memberships when I was going shopping with my parents one day even though they are listed on my account. Annoying.

(This review is for the liquor store. I couldn't find it listed on its own) It's never the same place twice-and that's part of the fun! The inventory is always changing. Don't come in here with expectations and you'll leave thrilled. I always find something I never thought to look for-and usually, it's a huge bottle at a fraction of the price for smaller bottles elsewhere. I always start here before throwing my annual Christmas party-it's the base and then I build out. I know it's only April-I'm here on reconnaissance!

Food is great and well priced. But if they are backed up and you ordered a whole pizza. They will give the pizza you order away for sliced orders even though they identified "the one in the oven is yours" then have to make another . 30 minutes wait turned into an hour.

Love hate relationship with this place.Great products, good prices, management seems in control.The crowds are getting too big. The check out lane goes ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK of the store, where the meat section is! NO EXAGGERATION.Yes, it moves, but this is ridiculous.They need to build another Costco in Naples! Bonita, somewhere else!Please! Don't even get me started with parking and the Gas lines. Getting bad even off season, summers are also getting bad here as ppl are staying through the year now.Need to cancel my membership, not worth it here.
