First time going there and I really like it. I went for the roasted chicken and the ribs, but I found decent deals among different products. The roasted chicken is very good! I'll say that the price is not cheap, but I think that the quality is good to justify the price. When checking out, I had some problems, but there was someone who came to help me immediately.

Russell, the pharmacist, refused to refill a valid prescription twice. He put me through the hassle of calling my Dr. multiple times and promised he’d filled my prescription. He asked personal details and questions about my medical condition, the exact days I’d seen my doctor and indicated that I must see my doctor every month in order for him to fill a prescription. Since when do pharmacists have the right to dictate the frequency of doctor’s visits and face-to-face treatments before dispensing medication? He was so loud and rude that other customers could hear my private medical details. It was truly a hostile situation and embarrassing to have been treated in such a negative way in front of others. He needs sensitivity and emotional intelligence training. He’d be better suited as a police officer and not a pharmacist, especially if he prefers to resort to such hostile, unwarranted interrogation tactics to fill a patient’s prescription.

The diverse selection ensures I can cross off multiple items from my shopping list in a single visit. The food court at Costco is a hidden gem. From the famous hot dog and soda combo to the delicious pizza slices, grabbing a quick and affordable bite is always a treat after a successful shopping spree.

Costco has everything -caskets, pizza, tires, trips televisions and all at great prices. Costco has saved the day many times when I wanted to stick to my budget. I have been a Costco member my entire adult life and it has never let me down. The savings, the deals, the quality products, the great staff, the rotisserie chicken, the tire center, the desserts and the pizza, all fab! If they did commercials I would be their poster child.

We switch from Sam's to Costco and now we're thinking of switching back. The fact that Sam's labels are hallways and their coolers it makes it faster to shop. Costco doesn't do that and then to add to the fact that they only take Visa or a Costco card really limits your purchasing power. They have decent prices. They have large quantities but sometimes it's just a little too much.

We bought the Irobot vacuum from Costco about two years ago. Due to our busy daily scheduled, we opened up the box but did not set it up. When we finally decided to set it up. An error came up stating that the battery was not charging. We went crazy tried to fix it. We replaced the electric cable, the tried to level the vacuum to get it to charge but nothing seemed to work. The last option was to bring it back to Costco and ask for help. We came to the return counter and explained the issue. We explained the issues to the representative. He politely asked for our membership card then proceeded to refund us the money. I told him that i don't have the box for it. He said "it's ok", he refunded the full amount back on our card, just like that. We were pleasantly surprised with the result. The incident elevated our confidence with shopping from Costco. Not only the price is good but the service is equally great as well.

I've experienced ongoing issues with Costco Pharmacy's stocking procedures. Despite being on a recurring monthly prescription, they refuse to keep it in stock, necessitating two trips each time - one to order and another to pick up. Not just for my medicine but for my wife's as well. Their inability to guarantee overnight delivery adds to the inconvenience, especially for those of us who cannot risk running low on essential medication. Moreover, the pharmacy being closed on Sundays further complicates matters. While the pharmacy manager is courteous, the overall service is inefficient and falls short of expectations. As a result, I've returned to using Walgreens for my pharmaceutical needs. Efficient service is crucial for those dependent on regular medication, and unfortunately, Costco Pharmacy has grossly failed this standard.

Great as always. Current merchandise, fresh produce and meats, live their basket and fish both on the weekend's. Great prices on clothing. How could you not love Costco?

Incredibly rude associate. Should have more welcoming and accepting people working the front especially since this is the first person customers are greeted with. Won't be using this Costco anymore. Be more kind dude.

Mary at the front is incredibly rude. Twice now she's had a problem with me. I understand needing to correct people and do your job but you can do it politely. I recommend some customer service training.
