Staff was rude and said I wasn't allowed inside because I am not a licensed stylist. Oh, what about the owners of salons? Are they not allowed in because they don't carry a license. And why not be open to the public even though you cannot purchase. She said it's the law that I'm not even allowed in there. Make this make sense. She literally asked me to leave.

I have to say I love CosmoProf. Everyone that works at the Brandon Location is quite helpful. I visited there today. I spoke with Lisa regarding a color I’ve been unable to obtain for approximately 3 months. Lisa immediately researched it for me. She was able to locate 2 of the available colors I’ve been searching for as well finding out the color hasn’t been discontinued (whew). She also explained the circumstances of the issues with the delay with this particular color as best she understood it to be. I greatly appreciated Lisa and Kaitlin’s assistance. They’re awesome to work with. I’m always greeted pleasantly as well as assisted with everything I may be looking for.Thank you Lisa and Kaitlin for your help today and every time I visit!

Amazing place! Has a lot of stuff. It is expensive though but that's a given. I'm pretty sure you can only shop there if you have a cosmetology license .
