I have been visiting Brandon Ed Morse for last two and a half years and the service has been outstanding. I own a Alfa Romeo and given all the negative reviews to own the vehicle, I still bought it and I can say the service provided by them has been top notch in all aspect. Lenny is the go to guy if you own an Alfa and the mechanics go way and beyond to take care of your car. I am moving to another state and I just hope I receive the same kind of care for my Guilia!!

My husband and I went to look at a nice Jeep SUV. This dealer had a lot of high quality used vehicles and in excellent condition as well as new cars. All cars had great mileage. Carfax and extended warranty was also available. We highly recommend. The staff and manager were absolutely wonderful ? Thank you, Happy Buyers!

Horrible service and horrible vehicles!!
I drove an hour to get my Fiat 500 diagnosed and repaired thinking I was making the best decision. Boy was I wrong! These people don’t even know how to fix their own cars.
I asked for a refund, and naturally was denied because they are crooks. They don’t actually care about their customers. It’s truly disappointing!
I will never return, and will never buy a Fiat or any car affiliated with this brand ever again.
Stay away from these cars they are lemons!!

Love getting my car serviced here
Edit: I called about what time service was available on Saturdays and was told 6PM. Came at 4PM, but it actually closes at 3PM. Wasted my time.
Edit 2: Also, they stopped doing the servicing for my car ever since covid. What the heck?! lol I was supposed to get free car washes and vacuums for life. It’s not like I abused it either, I came like twice a year.

Sold me a lemon and now I’m $20k upside down and won’t do anything about it. 2021 Alfa that was in an accident Tons of electrical issues, the car dings that my seatbelt is off, app doesn’t work l, satellite doesn’t work. Trunk broke and hit me in the head very hard… just issue after issue and the dealer is an hour away from me.

The gentleman that I dealt with was absolutely friendly.From the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I was leaving he explained it great detail the costs and what was needed. He took the time to show the screen to me to let me see with my own eyes. That is greatly appreciated and a very useful source. He is the person I dealt with the entire time so I can only speak about the person at the desk.
