I went in 3 weeks ago and the AC was out . I went again last night and the AC was STILL OUT . The employees were literally sweating. The merchandise felt moist to the touch. Get it fixed , because how can you not have AC in a business for THREE WEEKS .

I come here often with my girlfriend and always stop by on our trips to the mall and the customer service is always amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful, I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re into anything anime and sanrio

Overall a cool, nostalgic retail store. It is definitely over the average price but they have discounts available. I would put 5-Stars… but their prices are over the threshold to be considered too expensive IMO.

One of the rare good stores remaining in this mall. Staff is always friendly and I love coming in to browse and chat. If I'm ever looking for something and I can't find it, they are always helpful. I love that they keep up with their social media also because sometimes I wouldn't know about an item if it weren't for them posting it. I've managed to score so many great pieces for my collections because of their Instagram posts.
