The way I was treated from the moment I walked in the building hurt my feelings I’m not going to lie! I was treated like a suspected criminal so here’s how my visit went…I walk in forgot my id went back to get it found it by door cool. I go up to the teller tell her I wanted to make a withdrawal she got my info then proceeded to tell me my check that I waited 7 whole business to clear was put on a extended hold, I proceed to ask the lady how could that be when I was sending money just couple hours ago to which she completely ignored me got on her phone calling Tom dik and harry for who knows what while I waited in a hot lobby (they have no working ac atm) without being told nothing! I waited and waited so after awhile I decided to call the check issuer , to which they told me that my check wasn’t put on hold and that my check is cleared and already been deposited which is true because I had no choice but to deposit it on online because they have no branch where I was currently working! So after waited almost an hour she sighed and said “I’m just gone give you the money” like it was a loan out her pocket or something made me feel really small and bad! Waited another 20 for the other teller to come over and finish the transaction. While I was waiting she had finished with the other client and walked to the other one and they went over my account (I assume) to which I heard one of them say “THAT’S ALMOST 20,000” and the other replied “I KNOW RIGHT THATS WHAT I SAID” like why is that the reaction? Is it because I’m tattooed ? Because I hope me being black wasn’t the issue because these were also black women! I have no interest in being a customer with them I work so hard to have what I have and for somebody to judge me off my looks assuming because I don’t wear button downs and suits I can’t Manage my money and work hard for the life I have smh! I got my money and went straight to another bank and opened an account I will be moving my money out the accounts and ending the relationship!
UPDATE ** they have now put my account into “credit only” and claims my mobile deposit check is still being put on hold even though you can verify y my check with one call like I did infront of her and I already used some funds! These females really hate that I wrote this review but it’s ok the Lord will prevail and I will still be closing my account so get ready to send my check ! Unprofessional disgusting bank tellers!
UPDATE****MY ACCOUNT IS NOW UNDER “Review” AND WAS TOLD IT COULD TAKE BETWEEN 14-30 days for it to end which isn’t right my birthday is on the 21st this month and I trusted this bank with my money just to be treated like this I’m so heartbroken and sad! This can not be real ! On top of all this it’s like they’re ignoring my calls ! This isn’t right at all!

Went into branch at Bloomingdale and John Moore road. Lady was very rude to me. Walked in to cash a check first time experience. She told me, sir. It's gonna be a minute without even acknowledging me With a hello or anything, just just bark at me and said it will be a few minutes. There was nobody else in line
She was doing some paperwork which I thought the tellers were there to take care of walking customers , only teller at the front desk. Stood there for 5 minutes before I finally just walked out.
Will not be using this bank in the future

My wife & I had a very exemplary outing with Brittany Olivares, the branch's Retail Relationship Banker.
Brittany was welcoming, very professional and above all , listened attentively to our requirements.
At the conclusion of our business interaction, we left with a sense of complete satisfaction .

My trailer payment is through BMO never had a problem till now. They also spelt my name wrong,I had to make an appointment to come in with all my documents to show who I was and the correct spelling. 3 months later still getting bills with the wrong spelling. I have never had so much problems till now. I give this bank 0 stars.

This has got to be the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. Money fraudulently taken from my account and still hasn't been returned a month later. They froze my account and continued to charge "service fees." No status updates. Nothing. Do NOT Bank here!

Terrible company, most agents cannot understand clear english. You end up spending wayyyyy more time on the phone than needed trying to complete the most simplest task. Unacceptable!!!!

The worst bank to do business with.I've been a bmo member for over 4 years and I have or had several accounts with this bank I recently fell victim to a scam and this bank closed all my accounts and will not open them back.I fell victim to a scam, the so called fraud department never asked for the documentation. I had to proof I was a victim of a scam and this bank still closed my accounts after years of being a memberAnd to top it off the representative I talked to says I'll still owe what was taken.Hahahaha good luck with thatMy identity was hacked so my credit is ruined anywayDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK ONE OF THE WORST

Very poor customer service. Can't get anyone at branch to answer phone, lobby still closed and single drive through with long wait times.

Branch employees are good but when it comes to phone or online help they're terrible, for 2 hours I've been on the phone and no one can help, they keep transferring my calls from one dept. to the next just to get my online accounts linked together, which should be very simple. I will moving to a different bank soon.

They claim to offer a $200 bonus after spending 2k with 60 days. Getting your bonus to be credited its like pulling teeth. Its been 4 months since I fulfilled my commitment, 6 calls later and still not credit. The most you will get is a $200 bonus pending credit on your statement that you can’t apply to your statement or cash out. Other introductory banks bonus are good. This one I would stay away from!
