I used this pharmacy for the first time today. My wait time was short and the employees were friendly and courteous. An elderly gentleman with a cane was sitting while waiting for his prescription and, instead of calling him over when it was ready, one of the employees brought it to him. That made me smile. Kind acts like this don’t go unnoticed…thank you for caring about your customers. I‘m glad my doctor’s office recommended this pharmacy.

Bill’s Is hands-down the best pharmacy in Tampa and Brandon,. They treat you with such respect in person and on the telephone they are caring. They are a family and they treat you like a human being. Surgery after surgery I have been through the wringer, but I drive an hour to Brandon,.is hands-down the best pharmacy in Tampa and Brandon,. They treat you with such respect in person and on the telephone they are caring. They are a family and they treat you like a human being. Surgery after surgery I have been through the wringer, but I drive an hour to Brandon, just to get my medication because, they are extremely professional, reliable and respectful, and they will always have my business.

Bills are very caring respectful and take care of their customers they're very helpful the visit was very pleasant I enjoy going there they found them on I need if they don't have it they can order most of the stuff the assist you for looking for something and it will get it for you if you're tired I would always go to deal if you need something thank you for bills

They are amazing the staff is always polite and though their very professional they have hearts of gold and care about their customers/patients tremendously. I'm proud to say I only get my families medications from bill and his staff. He's been a savior for my daughter more than a couple times! Will keep this pharmacy 4ever.

This is the best pharmacy. They are kind, courteous, caring, understanding and all of the above. They will go over and beyond to help their customers. They fill the prescriptions quickly. They work with Doctors and insurance companies everyday to get the medications in the hands of who needs it most...the patient!!! They will text you when your order is ready. They will educate you on the medications as needed. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed! It is a family owned and run business and they will treat you like family too.

I had to run up to Bill’s today and I was absolutely blown away at the level of care and attention shown by the employees there. When a worker noticed me looking through the aisles they proactively asked if they could help me and when they couldn’t locate the item the pharmacist was quick to help. That level of attention to patient care is extremely rare these days. I’ve been a pharmacist for 11 years and have a pretty high bar when it comes to the profession and have never been so impressed with the attention and help I’ve gotten from a ‘retail’ pharmacy. Thank you for caring !!
