5 stars because the selection of vape juice flavors is unmatched when compared to other smoke/vape shops in the Tampa Bay area. They are one of two shops that carry my personal favorite juice, SILVER BACK HARAMBE. The juices are always well stocked and available.

Customer service not as good as one may think being a mom n pop, as well as knowing that there’s a vape store every other block. Purchased a vape and battery on the 24th come today on the 27th trying to see if I can exchange it. Right away was told I would have to go through the online process the girl charged the battery and she charged one of theirs. Come to find out my battery was taking a charge (bad battery) I figured they would have just exchanged it. Nope she was going to sell me another at 20% discount. How does that make sense. Why would I buy another one and take a chance that I may not work. I’ll just go down the road. Common sense.

This is the best vape shop in Brandon. Best selections by far. They have everything. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always super friendly too. The prices are great and have even been lowered recently. They have a cool point system to give you discounts after so many purchases.

There’s a lot I could say about big John’s but let’s start with the people. They are the most genuine, accepting, inclusive, and downright hilarious group of people I’ve ever met. The owner is there as regularly as the employees and is dang good at what he does. His wife and kids are helpful just as much and are a ton of fun to talk to. The product selection is impeccable. There is quite literally something for everyone. Any juice I’ve tried has been high quality, even the ones I didn’t like. Very rarely do I purchase an inoperable disposable but if it does happen, they do their best to make sure you’re taken care of. I send my friends and family here regularly and I would 10/10 recommend it to experienced and inexperienced e-cig users.
