The store is pretty nice and employees are friendly. I did have an issue several times with the restroom being closed 15-30 minutes prior to closing and the employee would not let me go in, but the law states if the store is open restroom remains open even if cleaning which I would wait. Do not deny someone shopping there restroom privileges.

Used to be so much better but over the last year or so it’s went downhill. I used to shop once a week now it’s only every few months because of the decline in merchandise availability. I get it it’s an outlet but it used to have so much more stock.

Service assistant in bedding was great. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. She noticed that I was holding several items and walked to the front of the store to grab me a cart. Quite helpful.
