Dr Chokshi is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. I've been in his care for over 20 years and can't imagine seeing any other cardiologist.

The Dr himself I have no issues. The staff on the hand are less than adequate. They want to charge a fee if you cancel 24hrs or sooner. I was on my way to an appt with 10min before the scheduled time. They called and cancelled. I missed a days work for this. Do you think they will reimburse me for the missed wages? Of course not. Would not recommend just because of the front staff.

This was only my first Visit with Dr. Patel. He is excellent at communicating. He's very down to earth and seems eager to gain all the insight he can for proper diagnosis.

Great team. Very professional and they know the heart! Jennifer, at the Front Desk, is the absolute best! I get very anxious about procedures, and Jennifer is so patient, kind, and definitely goes the extra mile in customer service!. Thank you Jennifer for all you do! And Sabrina and Mindy, the Nurse Practitioners, are wonderful. For matters of the heart, Bay Area Cardiology is the best!

Dr. Chokshi has been my physician for nearly one year after dissatisfaction with the previous doctor.
Dr. Chokshi not only reviewed and changed my meds, but also advised the best times of day to take them which made a big difference. He also tries to suggest other means to control BP with positive results.
Very happy with this doctor.

This was a 6 month follow up after OHS. I see Dr Khan.
My visit was about 2 minutes long.
I was expecting to go over my medication, how I’m feeling, any concerns and unfortunately I was simply informed to educate myself about blood thinners and lose weight.
One, I’ve been on blood thinners for almost two years now so I’m pretty much educated and if I would have had time to speak I would have asked for cardiac therapy since I’m having trouble losing weight.
Very rushed and I’ll probably be looking for a new cardiologist since I don’t feel like my health is improving after surgery and my dr doesn’t seem to have time to actually sit and discuss my health issues. Seems like they have too many patients and no quality control over what is happening.

As usual everyone there was extremely kind. I had the pleasure of meeting their new young Cardiologist, and he was very Knowledgeable and kind -- then Dr. Winhurst came in to check me out. All was well. It is a great Cardiologist Office with great doctors and a kind staff.
