Unfortunately, I had to deal with Drake at the store in Brandon. He thought it was ok to drop my watch on a hard surface, attempt to snapthe back of my watch on by using the edge of his desk underneath to put the back facing on. Then I had to tell him to clean my watch after he had his thumb prints all over it. I spoke to the Regional manager Mr. West regional manager who said no one's ever asked them to clean a watch and like I told Drake "I'm not nobody" and shame on them for not cleaning people's items before they leave the store. Mister west convinced that mister drake's problem was not racism, but his overall attitude. Do you ever think Mr. West the Reason why he had an attitude is because he's a racist? I guess Drake likes picking and choosing the people he wants to have an attitude with yeah, that's it.

2nd time I have brought something to this location with an appointment and it has well exceeded the time given! An hour turnaround turns to 3??! People schedule appointments accordingly! As you should too. A walk in should NOT come before an appointment! Period!

Needed a couple batteries for my car fob. Drake was able to swap them out in under a minute and was very informative on a few other questions I had. Drake provided excellent customer service which seems to be rare these days. Thank you Drake and Batteries Plus

They add so many small little free services that it's like the old "Simpson's" episode w Max Power, I've just met my newest oldest friends!!! Any battery issues you have, go talk to these cats first and see what they can do for you! I mean, we got lifetime batteries. Battery dies, we bring it back, they exchange it for the lifetime of the device that you are using, lifetime!!! I'm going around the house now looking for $#!+ to bring in and get lifetime batteries for! And did I tell you that these lifetime batteries are not that much more expensive than the regular battery price!!!! Yous guys have got to go check them out and tell them Tyger Anthony sent you. Good, Fast service. The young man who took care of me went out of his way to help me. He even came out to my car and figured out my car was not starting because it needed new battery. I was amazed by his treatment and helpfulness! Great service! If it were up to me, I would give him a fat, big raise!!!
