Good evening, I understand policy and regulation. However, I do not understand rudeness and disrespect. Kindness is free. I did not want to enter the store simply a clarification for hours and the lady at the door was extremely rude to the point of closing and locking the door in my face and turning her back. The only phone number associated with this location gave a 8 pm closing. It was nasty and uncalled for especially when if it was that big of a deal to answer my question verbally, she could have simply pointed to the window. I hope she has the week she deserves. Be blessed.

this store is always so clean, well stocked and the girls there are phenomenal! super super helpful, i was so overwhelmed with what to buy and the girls were so sweet! they walked me around the store and gave me each a recommendation of their favorite scent/product! i would def recommend this location to anyone! 10/10huge shout out to these lovely ladies, tiana ? the managers emily and hiliana? sonja ?the sweetest cashier ever harmony! ??see you again ladies!!

Hello Yellow sale selection was great. This review is of an Associate named Astrid. She welcomed me into the store to which I politely thanked her and began my shopping. I asked her a simple question about the sale bins, and she responded with an attitude. As a shopper, and a former B&BW Associate myself, it was kind of off-putting. She was also my cashier, and I asked her for one plastic gift bag and ribbon, and she literally just threw it in. Not sure what kind of day Astrid was having, but it did not warrant the attitude towards a customer. Store was well-stocked.

They had a big sale going on. My wife was able to get the lotions she loves. The line was very long this day, but I was glad she was able to get what she wanted for Mother's Day.

What can I say it's Bath and Body! I actually only really go with a sale and coupons. I got 10 random hands soaps and tried a eucalyptus bar of soap and paid 23!

Found some great body spray, but kind of pricey. Staff hovers somewhat, felt a bit smothered by it.

All around good, check out lines should. E more defined people where going to the check out counter skipping those who was already in line and the associate didn't ask who was next they just checked them out
